the most wasted of all days is one without laughter.

"let me help!" he sighed, as he tried grabbing the stacks of heavy books in my two hands. "i'm older and i've eaten more rice." i scoffed. "just because you're one year older doesn't mean you're strong enough to handle everything." he crossed his arms. — and i obviously had to surrender.

"just so you know, jeon jungkook. i'm strong enough to get over him." i smiled, for the first time, in such a long time. "am i going blind?!" he asked, suddenly leaving me in confusion. his face brightened up, and i smiled even wider. "you're actually smiling!" he laughed and suddenly hugged me. it got awkward and slowly he pulled away, scratching the back of his head.

"are you happy with me?" he asked eagerly. — am i?

"maybe.." i smirked, the clouds in the sky darkened. slowly, i frowned again. reminding me of how jimin and i got sick because we danced in the rain too much. "who is that?" jungkook mumbled, not meaning for it to be a question. i followed his gaze, and saw a dark shadow disappear.

"shit." he muttered — "it's raining." i ran.
