Wylla woke to the sound of movement in the room. Her eye snapped open quickly. She relaxed seeing that she was still in Niall's bed. She pulled the blanket around her a bit tighter then glanced around for Niall.
"Morning sunshine." Niall spoke from the bathroom door.
"Morning." Wylla hummed with a smile. She loved the way he had dressed himself. He had a button down short sleeve shirt, his chest hair poking out just a bit paired with black trousers and his nice watch.
"I have to go to work." Niall informed her, sitting on the bed beside her. Wylla nodded and tried to sit up. "Stay." He smiled easing her back. Wylla lifted her eyebrow. "Get some rest. The house will be quiet and empty all day. We both know the dorms are always loud." His smile was warm and loving. "Sleep." Niall offered. Wylla nodded. "I have a break at noon. I'll come back and wake you up. Then we can have lunch and I'll bring you back to the campus." Wylla nodded with a smile. Niall leaned over her and kissed her gently. "I'll see you at noon."
"Noon." Wylla repeated softly. Niall kissed her once more. A tender, loving kiss that made Wylla wish that he didn't have to go. "You should leave now. You're going to be late." Wylla murmured into his kiss, realizing that he wished he didn't have to leave either.
"Noon. I promise." Niall beamed at her, backing out of the kiss. She nodded and unwound her arms from his neck. Niall slowly got up from the bed, taking one last look at the exhausted girl in his bed with a smile.

Niall walked into his lecture hall with a sigh. He was still tired from spending the night with Wylla. He'd gotten sleep that was restful but he wanted more. Wylla made it easier to sleep. Her arms wrapped around his torso with her head on his chest was comforting. He smiled as he thought of the way she whined when he tried to get out of the bed. She went back to sleep of course; she was used to sleeping alone as well. But the way she whimpered and held him tighter when he tried to slip out of the covers was so adorable to him. His smile grew when he thought of the way that Wylla looked at him when she woke. She was so happy to see him. Her smile was bright but sleepy and her eyes showed a genuine joy. He couldn't wait to be done with morning classes so he could go home to her.
"Niall." That deep and smooth voice he wasn't expecting came from behind him. Niall jumped and turned to Harry.
"Hey." Niall chuckled.
Harry leaned against Niall's desk, "Hey." Niall noticed where Harry had chosen to lean exactly. Niall couldn't help but smile more as he thought of what had happened in that exact spot the day before. "What is with the smile on your face this morning?" Harry laughed at his best friend.
Niall shook his head quickly, "Nothing." He cleared his throat and tried to wipe the smile from his face.
"Niall." Harry tried not to laugh.
"A girl." Niall responded softly. Harry's eyes lit up and he punched Niall in the arm. "Ouch." Niall grunted.
"Tell me. Tell me everything." Harry sounded as though he were begging.
"Nope. It's still new and I'm not going to let you ruin it." Niall snapped at Harry with a teasing smile. Harry pouted, folding his arms over his chest. "Don't you have a class you're supposed to be teaching in like twenty minutes, across campus?" Niall asked Harry curiously.
"Yes but I tried calling you a bunch of times last night and you didn't answer. I came over here to see what the fuck, but now I know." Harry smirked at Niall. "Plus the wife is in my room, she can handle it." Niall rolled his eyes. "You know the second I tell her you'll be forced to give details and there's nothing you can do about it right?"
"Yeah but you're not going to tell her. I really like this girl and she's shy and I don't want you guys scaring her away." It was a half lie. Wylla was a shy person and he knew that Harry and Harry's wife's real personalities would be a little too much for her. But he couldn't tell them because they were on staff. They couldn't know about Wylla because she was a student and Niall was breaking one of the most serious of rules. Niall threw his bag on the desk with an attitude.
"We'll get to meet her eventually right?" Harry asked with hopeful eyes. Niall just shrugged; he didn't want to make any promises he couldn't keep. "Niall, come on. A girl that puts that kind of a smile on your face is one that I want to meet. If she got Mr. My Job Is My Life to ignore a work call, she must be special."
"She is. But just give us some time." Niall pleaded softly. Harry lifted his eyebrow and appeared amused. "It's like really new. I'm not even really sure of what we have."
Harry nodded, "Alright. I'll hold off on telling the wife for now. But don't let her see you smiling like that. She'll be worse than me with the questions."
"Thank you." Niall sighed heavily. Suddenly the doors to the lecture room swung open. He was shocked to see Wylla's roommate come barging in. "Maddie?" Niall looked at her with worry.
"Maddie?" Harry was equally as worried seeing the panic in her eyes.
"Wylla didn't come back to the dorm last night. She said she'd be home before midnight and she never came back. She wasn't there when I went to sleep and she wasn't there when I woke up." Maddie spoke quickly, her panic becoming even more obvious. "She's never not come home. She always comes home." Maddie started to weep. "David has been hanging around. What if he did something to her?" Maddie's panic escalated even quicker.
"Maddie. Maddie. Calm down." Niall rubbed her arms gently the way he'd seen Wylla do it a dozen times. "I'm sure she's fine. I'm sure of it. Have you tried calling her?" Niall asked gently.
Maddie shook her head, "Not this morning no."
"Just call her." Niall smiled, trying to make her feel better. Maddie nodded and took out her phone. She dialed Wylla quickly, tapping her foot anxiously as she waited for her to answer.
"WYLLA!" Maddie shouted, relief in her voice. "Where are you? Why haven't you answered your phone? Why didn't you come home?" Maddie asked without pause. Niall chuckled as did Harry. They listened carefully to what they could hear. "Okay. I'll see you later then?" Maddie asked with a hopeful voice. "Okay. Bye." Maddie hung up slowly. She looked at Niall and Harry with embarrassed eyes. "Apparently she got in after I went to bed then got up before I did. She's in the library studying for a test." Maddie spoke softly.
Niall smiled, "See everything is okay." Maddie nodded shyly. "Go on. Get to classes." Niall urged her out of the room.
"I'm sorry." Maddie murmured.
Harry shook his head, "No. You're supposed to come to us when these things happen. We're here for your safety as well." Niall felt his stomach drop a little. He was the reason that Harry and Maddie were worried about Wylla's safety. "But Horan is right, you need to get off to whatever class you have, I'm sure Wylla will be home when you're done with classes." Harry assured Maddie. She nodded then left the room after whispering a thank you. Niall sighed heavily and ran his hand through his hair. He knew that he was acting weird now but he couldn't shake the feeling of guilt. "Something on your mind, Niall?" Harry asked with a lifted eyebrow.
Niall shook his head, "Nah. Feel bad for Maddie." Harry watched Niall for a moment, wondering where his sudden uneasiness came from. Niall looked at his watch, "I have a class in ten minutes. I really need to get on with my prep."
Harry nodded, "Yeah. Oh, and Luna wants you to come over for dinner tonight. It being a Tuesday and all."
"Yeah, I'll try." Niall smiled at Harry. He knew that it was expected of him to be at Harry's but he was hoping he would get to spend the evening with Wylla again. Harry lifted his eyebrow at Niall again, wondering why he was acting so weird all of a sudden.
