You and Gerard had gotten home and we're in his room playing cards against humanity. "You know, I wanna say thanks for helping me in the pool today.." Gerard said quietly, not looking up from his hand if cards.
"Oh it's okay" you laughed, "anything for you baby" you made exaggerated kissy faces at him and in response he stuck out his tongue and threw a card at you. You picked up the card, turning the card over to read the words imprinted on the white card:

Oh. Damn it Gerard.
Trust me, he'll get what's coming to him later, you thought. You threw the card back at him like a ninja star and it was pretty dank.
~le time skip~
You and Gerard lay on the sofa watching TV when Mikey came crashing in with 3 strips of paper in his hand. "oh my god guys, i just got some tickets for us to go to a gig!" he laughed and started waving the tickets in our faces.
"to see who?" you asked grabbing frantically at Mikeys wrist to get a proper look at the tickets.
"i dunno really, some small local band called the..." he looked at the tickets himself and took quite a while to get the words out.
"uh...i cant read without my gla-"
"oh give 'em here" Gerard snatched one of the tickets from Mikey and started to read,
"Death Baby? you gotta be joking, we are seriously seeing a band called Death Baby", Gerard shoved the ticket back in Mikeys hand and chuckled.
"Hey now, this might be fun! lets just go and see what its like, yeah?" You turned to Gerard, smiling in hope he would cave in. But it didnt take much for him to heave a heavy sigh and say,
"Fine, but dont be mad if i complain". He said it with a cheery voice and smirked a little. You huffed and turned to Mikey,
"Well i guess we're going!" you exclaimed, "When is it?",
Mikey handed you the tickets with a knowing look, and you realised that he beeded his glasses to read.
Taking the tickets you read the date and it was happening in 2 days. Thank God its the summer holidays, you thought. "Its in 2 days" you announced. Mikey and Gerard seemee to just mumble a happy response.
"Cant wait" you said.
