Percy's POV:

I felt myself being shaken awake and I groaned and turned over to my side away from the shaking.

"Percy, wake up" I heard a female voice say distantly and I just ignored it

'I won't allow myself to wake up, not after that painful game of capture the flag last night' I thought to myself and I felt instinct nod

'How the hades did we not see Clarisse sneaking up on us?' Instinct said mentally and I groaned when I felt the sheets being torn away from me

'The Athena cabin had something to do with it I'm sure, I'm just glad Luke, and Beckendorf got their cabins to team up with us, as it was, Phoenix and Shane were already allowed to fight on our side due to the disadvantage we had' I thought when a bucket of ice cold water was splashed on me

I rolled my eyes under my eye lids and didn't get up, much to the person's disappointment. Suddenly I felt Phoenix gain a worried thought and I opened my mind to him.

'Perce! Quick! The Hunt is in danger! Arty has been seriously injured!' Phoenix mind messaged me and I snapped my eyes open as I leaped out of bed only to find Reyna and Hylla pulling out a ten-dollar bill each and handing it to him

"Told you that would work" Phoenix said with a smirk

"Yeah, whatever. Now that we got sleeping beauty up, I think it's time to start the birthday celebrations" Reyna said and I tilted my head to the side

"Wow, I knew your memory was bad Perce, but to seriously forget your own birthday?" Phoenix said mockingly and I glared half heartedly

Over the past few months after Phoenix found out that I was his best friend. He had been spending equal time here as well as with the Hunt. He still called me Perseus in public but in private he called me by the shortened version of my shortened name.

"Is it my birthday? Wow, time flies when you're trying to sleep the electrified sneak attack by an Ares camper away. How did she even do that?" I ask and Phoenix chuckles while Reyna and Hylla roll their eyes

"Annabeth has an invisibility cap that she loaned Clarisse during the game." Hylla said and I sighed "Anyway, enough about that, let's go swimming!" Hylla finished and I smiled widely before I looked outside to see the moon still in the sky and I looked back at my friends in horror

Just to add to the effect, Instinct appeared mirroring my look. My friends all burst out laughing at our expressions.

"Why did you wake us up at like three in the morning!" Instinct and I said in unison

"It's actually three thirty, and Phoenix says he has to meet someone important at this hour. He calls it your birthday gift but I call it laziness" Reyna says as she reaches forward and grabs my wrist before opening the door quietly and walking out

Reyna was wearing her normal clothes, which included, jeans, boots, her Amethyst purple hoodie over her orange Camp Half-Blood T-shirt. As I was being pulled along by Reyna I noticed that Phoenix and Hylla were following us as we headed to the lake. When we finally got there, Reyna pushed me straight into the water where I thought I would scare them by not resurfacing for a while.
