I just had a minor anxiety attack because my mom and brother were yelling at each other. After I have an anxiety attack, I'm still slightly shaken up so I try to calm down by listening to Saywecanfly and drawing (the picture above is what I drew just a few minutes ago). It mainly scares me because it brings back memories of when I was little and my mom and dad would get into fights all the time so I get sad and scared when people are angry and yelling at each other. But, I hope you guys are having a better night than me
