today i'm staying at home, i feel like i need some time for myself, i need to think.

since i met ethan i feel different, but not in a bad way. in a good way.

i haven't seen sophia in a while, i miss her.

i dial her number and call her.

"hey sophiaa"

"hi bitch" i hear from the other line

"i need to talk about you about sooo many things"

"is it about ethan?"

"how do you know?"

"sis, i know you too well"

"ugh shut up"

a laugh escapes from both of us.

"so what happened?" she asked

"at the party we talked a lot-"

"uuh"

"c'mon!"

"okok continue"

"we talked a lot. yesterday he picked me up and we spent all day together."

"was he nice?"

"he was soo nice, no one ever treated me that way."

"what about daniel? he always tried to get to you."

"sophia he was trying to slide in pants, i don't think he actually cares about me."

"true. kevin told me that daniel likes you."

"listen, i don't want to be rude but this is what i think. basically since daniel wants.. i mean.. you know, kevin told you that he likes me so i would've been like 'omg he's so sweet' and then he could've got what he wanted."

"BITCH YOU'RE A GENIUS" i heard her scream through the phone. "i think ethan likes you." she continues.

"you do?"

"of course i do! why wouldn't he?"

"i'm not that pretty"

"alenne shut up you're beautiful!"

"thanks, but i'm not."

"yes. you. are." she said.

"do you wanna come over later?"

"yess!"

"ok i'll see you in five"

i'm staying in my pajamas, i'm too lazy to get ready now.

*after an hour*

i hear a knock on the door, i run down stairs to go see sophia.

"HI BITCH" she screamed hugging me.

"soph i missed you sooo much" i hugged her tightly.

she walks to the kitchen getting some chips, i really missed being around her.

"sophia, can i ask you a question?" i muttered

"yes of course you can" she replied.

"how do you understand if you like someone?"

"are you talking about ethan?"

"that doesn't matter!"

"ale, it actually does"

"ok" i sigh "it's about ethan"

"first of all, you just met him. so what you can feel for him is attraction, not love."

"that's true"

"what do you exactly feel when you're with him?" she asked looking me right in the eyes.

"honestly i don't know" i started looking at the ceiling, and pictures of ethan ran through my mind. "i feel happy, but it's a weird type of happiness."

"i understand" she mutters.
"deep down, i think you feel something for him."
