Toxic

A truth unseen before

She had awoken, stalking

Within the darkness,

Hidden behind a

Thicket of thorns,

Blood pooling in

Crystal decanters,

Inducing sybaritic

Elixirs of enriching

Toxicity, a divine thrall

Purging reality to

Consume a lustrous

Reborn lucidity,

Ripped and raw,

Predator and prey,

Woven together in

A chemical gaze,

She surrendered

Allowing this creature

To pierce and graze,

Tender flesh with

Whispered praise,

Her life ending in a

Delicious daze,

Painted red on the

Day of the dead.
