Chapter 23

A little while later

Ross, Angela & Laura:(walks into the apartment)

Angela: Nice place you got here guys

Ross:(smiles) Awe look who's being cute

Angela:(blushes)

Ross:(smiles) Even more cute (looks over at Laura)

Laura:(looks at Ross and smirks)

Ross:(quickly looks back at Angela)

Laura: Hey Ross, mind talking to me for a sec?

Ross: Sure

Laura & Ross:(walk into Laura's room)

Laura: Are you seriously trying to get me jealous?

Ross:(nervously laughs) (high voice) What?... yeah right...

Laura:(looks at him)

Ross: Not everything's about you

Laura: Seriously Ross. I want you to be happy with a girl. Angela's super sweet and I don't want you to use her like that to get to me

Ross:(sighs) But I love you

Laura: I love you too but only as a friend

Ross:(sighs)

Laura: Just get over me please

Ross: Fine...

Laura: Thank you (smiles) Now let's go out to see Angela (walks out)

Ross:(sighs) I guess there's nothing to get Laura to be mine anymore, game over (checks his watch) Time of defeat 1:15pm (sighs and walks out)

Okay so for the past several weeks Ross & Angela have really clicked. Ross wasn't trying to get Laura anymore and was actually happy with Angela. She completes him and they couldn't be happier. On the other hand, Laura isn't doing so well. She feels left out, she doesn't get to hang with Ross anymore bc he keeps spending time with Angela all the time. She also feels mad when she sees them together all happy and lovey and all. She doesn't understand why though. Could she be jealous? Jealous of Ross & Angela's relationship? Could Laura possibly be into Ross now?

Ross & Angela:(on the couch watching a movie together all cuddled up with eachother)

Angela:(smiles) This is really great Ross

Ross:(smiles) Thanks

Laura:(walks in and sees them) (rolls her eyes and goes in the kitchen)

Angela:(checks the time) Oh shoot! I got to go

Ross:(sad) Awe....

Angela:(peck kisses him) I'll see you l8r blondie

Ross:(smiles) Alright, see ya in a few then (kisses her)

Angela:(kisses back)

Laura:(fake gags)

Ross & Angela:(pulls away)

Angela: Bye babe (walks out)

Ross:(smiles)

Laura: What do you mean by see you in a few?

Ross: Oh, Angela and I are gonna go out for the whole day

Laura: But--

Ross: Well I got to get ready (walks to his room)

Laura:(sighs) what about my birthday? Maybe this was all a huge mistake

A few hours later

Ross:(walks out wearing ripped jeans, a plain shirt and a leather jacket with his converse) Well bye Laura

Laura: Ross I got to tell you something

Ross: Can it wait? I really got to go

Laura: But--

Ross: Bye Laur (walks out)

Laura:(sighs) It's my birthday (sighs) Happy birthday to me.. (goes to her room and lays in bed crying till she fell asleep)

The Next Morning

Laura:(wakes up remembering everything from last night) (sighs and gets dressed going out to the kitchen)

Angela: Morning Laura (on the couch watching t.v)

Laura:(ignores her and puts her shoes on)

Ross: Where are you going?

Laura:(mumbles) None of your business

Ross:(grabs her wrist) What's wrong Laura?

Laura:(yanks her wrist back) Leave me alone (walks out slamming the door shut)

Ross:(confused)

Angela: What's up with her?

Ross: I don't know. Well let's go eat

Angela: Okay

Ross & Angela:(eat)

Ross:(thinking of Laura)

With Laura

Laura:(walking around in the cold wind) (sighs) How could be forget my birthday?

Laura's POV/

Happy birthday to me... not. He really missed my birthday! He totally had no clue! What's wrong with him? I understand that he's currently in a relationship but I didn't forget his birthday when I was dating Parker! Ugh! Well I can't blame him bc I did force him to get over me and date someone else but... now I wish I didn't. Maybe... maybe I do like Ross. Maybe I always have I was just to stupid and scared to realize it. Well it's to late now bc he's already happy in a relationship that I wish I never put up. That was the worst birthday I ever had :(
