Before this inferno dances to its death
The flame must soothe its hunger;
The houses may crumble like weak clusters of clay,
The chandeliers take turns in dropping their prey,
The darkness filters its light, overcasting a grey:
You watch chaos deliver a faultless display:
You, a painting amidst a hurricane.
