EPILOGUE: 2 Years Later

It's been a couple of years since my life changed entirely and I found my purpose in life.

A couple of days after the big fight, the new head Elder of the council had condemned both Sheira along with the rest of Rivers' men and of course, the other Elders that were involved with the crimes that were not only mentioned that day and from what Sheira herself confessed, they all saw what her sister and the Moon Goddess presented them.

So many of the council kept trying to apologize for the actions of the ones that were meant to help and not shame or pass 'personal' judgement among the other crimes they did.

Speaking of Sheira, you're probably wondering what happened to her that day during the fight and what terrified her. Well, I showed her one of her greatest fears.... losing her sister.

Come to find out, that despite how terrible of a person she was or how evil and cruel she was, she loved her sister and would do anything to protect her, so I showed her what it would be like if her sister was to be brutally tortured non stop for a very long periods of time until she begged for mercy. I also may have added the pain her sister endure from all the torture being done to her.

After her and the rest were condemned and judged, they were all sent to remain in confinement for all eternity under more security than before.

I also gave her a little 'gift' to remember me by. I have allowed her to see whatever I wanted her to see every single night that she fell asleep and dreamed for the rest of her life, which I had decided would be her always running from werewolves and at the end always being caught and forever tormented, including feeling the pain and not knowing if rather or not it was a dream or reality, as the wolves tore her apart limb by limb.

I could always remove it and stop it but, her sister had told me that unless she tells me to stop herself, to continue. Which I don't blame her hostility at all towards Sheira.

Both the Moon Goddess and Abby were able to be opened and were immediately accepted by the council members from all councils. Both wolves, witches, vampires and others.

Landon and I got married several months ago and are expecting our first child in just a few more months now.

To be honest, I wasn't sure I wanted to bring a child into this kind of a world. But then when I found out, I couldn't help but feel overjoyed and excited.

Landon was thrilled too as were everyone else and Landon's parents of course were excited.

Landon still is trying to rebuild a relationship with his parents and they have been more than understanding and patient and things seem to be getting better with them.

We all are trying to move on from what happened but of course will never be forgotten. Nor should it be as it has become another great story to be added into our history and how we beat all odds.

Landon and I are going stronger than ever and makes me feel like I'm the luckiest girl in the world.

What can I say, I'm the happiest I have ever been in my entire life and am really glad that we all have been able to move on with our lives. After all, Sheira and Rivers aren't gonna be the last of the enemies we will have to face in our future but at least this time, we have more people behind us.

We've been married for almost a year and already are expecting our first kid. Life couldn't possibly get any better.

I've always wanted to become a dad and husband and now I get to have both in a short amount of time. I swear that everyday I fall more and more for Anna.

She has gotten a lot better with her abilities and in fact, kind of scares some of the members of the pack, including the council, but in a good way of course.

Sometimes the aftermath to things are usually bad ending results. But in this case, the Aftermath to what all has happened is one of the greatest and happiest endings I had ever thought it would be.
