Jadwa

Two days after the incident we headed to jigawa,

I was so anxious not just for meeting my grand mother but also for what I agreed to do when we got there

Last night.........

"Don't you want to see your step mom?" Sultan asked,

We were outside in the balcony just having little conversations,

I didn't know when I turned and asked "Aunty Salma?" Then he nodded

I just said "aa"

He then threw another question "Don't you at least want to see Amal?"

I thought for a while and realized I really want to see how she is but i cant just see Amal without seeing Aunty Salma and the twins

"Jadwa, she's not going to kill you" he assured

"Besides i will make sure people take you and bring you back to me safely"

"I promise" he added

I didn't know what to say again so i just stood there thinking

"Don't worry okay?" He asked again

Then I turned and smiled nodding my head telling myself nothing bad will happen

End..

We reached Jigawa around 5 in the evening but this time I didn't stay in Sultan's side I followed the queen,

The palace was nice looking and everywhere was smelling nice,

"Bismillah Jadwa" she saidd leading me to a giant door

"Zulai har kun iso?" I heard a voice saying

"Sannu da i...." she paused without completing

"Zairoona?" She faintly said

"Mummy, we have a lot to discuss" the queen said taking her inside

I was so surprised she saw my mothers face in me after all this while,

I was taken to a room to rest for a while and I didn't even know when i slept off

When I woke up I didn't know what to do so I looked out of the window admiring the amazing palace

I've seen it several times but never stepped my foot in when i was in my fathers house here in jigawa,

"Salamu'alaikum" i heard a voice and immediately I turned and saw queen mother

I didn't know what to do so I knelt down immediately greeting to greet her

"Jadwa" she faintly called raising me up

I didn't know why i was shy, maybe it was because she kept starring at me as if she's trying to read something from my face,
