I can't help but write this small piece on staying safe at the current time.
We are facing new and unprecedented challenges at our front door. The world has been through worse but as COVID - 19 is new, challenges arise to keep it contained. I know it disrupts lives and peoples ability to provide but it must be done to stop the spread.
The message is simple but is so easily ignored. As I write this and you read it, many countries are under lockdown to help curb the pandemic. We can all do our bit and stay safe, maybe not for our own health but certainly the health of others. Those who are under high risk (like the elderly or the already ill) must be protected.
Please stay at home. It's the easiest thing to do at the moment.
Avoid contact with others who aren't in your household.
Wash hands and objects after touching possible contaminated surfaces.
BASIC HYGIENE
Don't touch your face after touching surfaces.
Self-isolate if you experience symptoms.
