MJ and Peter

Sorry for the long wait guys! My parents have just started this long custody battle and I have to be focusing my energy on my mental state. The scene showed a devastated bridge and a frazzled looking MJ. As soon as she saw Peter, she raced towards him.

A hurt looking Peter limped his way the opposite direction.

"Rip Peter," Shuri laughed.

"MJ," he rasped out.

"Hey," she said out of breath. She dropped the weapon and through her arms around him. "Hey."

"Hey," he said in slight confusion.

"Are you okay?" she asked in concern.

"I'm okay, are you okay?" his voice slightly muffled.

"Awwwe"

"Yeah," she breathed out.

Peter let out a sigh of relief. "Is everybody else ok?"

"Yeah, everybody's okay."

"What happened?"

"There was just the drones and they were following us and then they just stopped...was that you?" she stuttered.

"Yeah," he said softly.

The two teens finally let go of each other.

"Did you get them?"

Peter nodded, almost in defeat. "Yeah."

"Well I um, I brought that," she said, gesturing to the weapon she'd brought with her. "In case you needed some help."

"You kids are so awkward it's adorable," Sam teased.

"We aren't awkward," Peter mumbled.

"Eh, you're pretty awkward kid," Tony said, ruffling his hair.

She laughed awkwardly.

He smiled, "thanks."

"Any way, uh...there was this sweaty guy, in the tower with us, I think he like works for you or something. He um, he gave me this."

"Ha!" Tony laughed. "Bet Happy loves that."

Her hand opened to reveal a black Dahlia necklace, shattered.

"No, oh MJ I'm so sorry, I had this plan, this stupid plan, and I wrote it all down and I was going to buy you this and in Paris I was going to give to you at the top-"

MJ cut him off, kissing him quickly.

"Oh my gosh that is so cute," Shuri fangirled.

Peter blushed.

He looked at her in shock.

"And you kissed me," he said.

"I don't really have much luck when it comes to getting close to people, um, so I lied. I wasn't just watching you because I thought you were Spiderman."

Peter laughed and smiled. "That's great."

"Black Dahlia," she said.

"Like the murder," they said together then laughed.

"This is not allowed. You are not allowed to be this cute," Bucky said.

"Yeah, sorry its broken."

"I actually like it better broken," MJ said looking up at him.

"Oh my gosh it's just like you Peter!" Shuri exlaimed.

"Hey, my kid is not broken!" Tony said firmly.

"You sure about that Mr. Stark?"

"Even if you are, we'll fix it, we'll get you help. I promise."

"I really like you," Peter told her.

"I really like you too."

They both awkwardly laughed then kissed again.

Peter kissed her once more, the music swelling.

"Oooo, Peter has some game," Sam said quietly.

"Um, okay I should, I should probably get back to the class."

"Yeah, I don't know," he laughed awkwardly.

MJ grabbed the weapon, "Just in case."

She smiled back at him and walked away.

Peter smiled and through his fists in the air, then twirled away.

"That was the best scene we've seen so far," Natasha said.
