'I guess its time to head home'
You cross the road and walk happily without a care in the world. As you cross the road, a truck suddenly appears and is driving at around 40mph.
'Hmm thats weird its supposed to be a stop. Wait, its heading in my direction. I have to hurry.'
The driver sees you and hits the brakes but its to late.
WHAM
As the truck screeches to a halt but the sudden brake causes it to flip to its side, hitting you in the process. The truck's side swats you to the sidewalk. You try to get up but you cant feel your legs.
'Wow, this sucks. Is this how I die?'
Not waiting for an answer, you succumb your wounds and bleed to your death.

You wake up on a chair. You look around but there is only a gray nothingness around you.
"Where am I?",you say loudly.
As if to answer, a bright light appears in front of you and a man wearing some kind of egyptian garment comes out.
"You're dead Y/N"-???
"Woah so I really am dead. But who are you and how do you know my name?", you say, shocked
"You may call me Being X. I am a God who guides dead souls."-Being X
"So like Charon of the underworld?"-Y/N
"In a way, but I am more compassionate than him. Allow me to give you a choice."-Being X
"What kind of choice?"-Y/N
"Your death was...unfortunate. I would like to give you a chance. Either serve me and become an angel or be reincarnated into another world."-Being X
"So its like Konosuba?"-Y/N
".....yes, serving under me would immediately make you an angel and I would bring you to heaven. But if you pick the other choice, you will be resurrected and brought to another world."-Being X
"So..Konosuba"-Y/N
"But here's a twist, whenever you die wou will be reincarnated into another world. So if you die, you can still live in another world. And since your death was an accident and will grant you 3 wishes. But you cannot wish for immortality or death for these would conflict with the twist."-Being X
"Three wishes?"-Y/N
'I have to choose wisely but I wonder why I cannot wish for death. Never mind that, I'll have to think fast because who knows how patient this guy is.'

"Have you chosen your wishes?"-Being X
"Yes...my first wish is that I will be the 2nd strongest being in that world"-Y/N
"Why 2nd only though? Never mind, what is your 2nd wish?"-Being X
"I wish that I will be an ideal boy"-Y/N
"Oh ho, youre looking for love eh?" *Being X smirks* "Just kidding, what is your 3rd wish."-Being X
"My final wish is that I will be able to choose the worlds where I will be reincarnated."-Y/N
"Hmm, all those wishes are favorable and so, I will grant them all. So, what is the first world you like to be reincarnated into."-Being X
"Since I like a lot of anime why not the Date a Live universe"-Y/N
"Affirmative, now that you have chosen I will bring you to the world you have chosen. Good luck and see you again for the next world!"-Being X

A blinding light materializes out of nowhere and swallows everything.
