As the co. Takes their refuge inside the house of the captain with his wife, a shadow of a person took a peak at them as it carefully observe the Empire's soldiers

Out of all of them the person in the shadow took a notice of Kaido who seemed out of place in the group

He carries no weapons nor staff that should indicate that he's either a soldier or a mage, it almost as if he came here unprotected and no weapon to retaliate

That's what made the person hiding in the shadows quite curious about him

As everything was happening outside, the inside of the house was quite different from the quiet place outside as everyone begun to be merry as they fill their stomach to a certain degree

Inside Elly the villager Mike's wife was preparing some food for the guest as the others which are Sid, Carlo, and their wives took care of entertaining their own guest

"Bufah!!! If you guys don't know... . . I think being an adventurer is much more satisfying than being a soldier" said Mike as he begun to be ditzy from too much alcohol

"But what can we do? The Empire's soldiers pay are much better than being adventurers" followed up by Carlo

"Not only that... . . With so much adventurers nowadays... . . The competition's for loots are getting harder and scarcer by the day... . . Most of the woman adventurers of the past quitted being adventurers since they can't keep up with the time" pointed out Sid

"Aren't we the same? Since we did quit being adventurers and become soldiers" snickered Carlo as he took another cup of booze

Seeing them like that even Alda felt a little out of place as he sits in front of many old veterans adventurers

"You guys... . . Your drinking too much booze" stated Alda as he smiled wryly

"Huh!?! Kiddo... . . Did you know I became an adventurer when I was ten yrs old! So I'm much more experienced than you" said Carlo as he started feeling fuzzy inside

"Yeah! Your still inexperienced... . . I say your a virgin bwahahahahaha" laughed Sid

"Hahahaha"

"Hahaha- heok!!"

As Sid said such things his other friends started to laugh as well as they become drunk from too much alcohol

"I didn't even ask about any of those" complained Alda as some tear drop to his face

"I couldn't help if I'm a virgin alright!" He added

Contrary to their drunk husband's, their wife however apologized to Alda as for what their husbands has said

"We're sorry for their drunk behaviour"

"Huh? Ah no need to worry mam!!!" Replied Alda immediately

"Kuh! Don't be so stiff" they said as they giggled from Alda's childish behaviour

Following that Mike saw Kaido who for some reason was looking outside the window while holding a cup of wine that seemed to be untouched

"Oi! Kiddo! Are you not good in alcohol?" Asked Mike as he started to hiccup

"Huh? Oh this? I like cherishing the taste of the alcohol... . . That's why I don't drink alcohol that fast since alcohol is one of the greatest and earliest inventions of mankind that needed thorough process" replied Kaido with a smile
