Here are some animated films with subtle sapphic representation even for a few minutes or even seconds which normalize the queer experience, and also prevent ruining the mood from a sudden slur.

Even though I am a Marvel fan this list made me realize that DC is leagues ahead of Marvel in terms of LGBT representation.

1) Superman: Red Son

This is an alternate universe where Superman landed in Russia instead of America

This is an alternate universe where Superman landed in Russia instead of America. We get to see various DC villains and lesbian Wonder Woman onscreen for the first time.

2)Wonder Woman: Bloodlines

Along with getting to watch Wonder Woman be the absolute badass she is we also get a lesbian in the form of Steve's best friend

Along with getting to watch Wonder Woman be the absolute badass she is we also get a lesbian in the form of Steve's best friend. By the end of the movie, she looks quite cozy beside two Amazonians ( it should have been me).

3)Batman: Badblood

Honestly, this is not one of my favorites

Honestly, this is not one of my favorites. Although we get to see Kate Kane aka Batwoman have a supportive father and a girlfriend in Renee Montaya, she is shown as very weak and irresponsible. Even I being a fan of Batwoman was irritated by her in the movie.

4)Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay

Murder Wives is one of my favorite lesbian tropes and we get to see this in the form of Knockout and Scandal Savage

Murder Wives is one of my favorite lesbian tropes and we get to see this in the form of Knockout and Scandal Savage. This one almost gave me a scare with an almost Bury Your Gay trope but fortunately, our lesbians are alive at the end.

P.S.; I also need a buff tall gf with whom I can do crimes and be gay.

5)DC League Of Super-Pets

The owner of one of the dogs at the park is queer and it was a quite nice surprise

The owner of one of the dogs at the park is queer and it was a quite nice surprise. Even though we only get to see them for a few seconds I loved the casual representation which is a bonus to the already good storyline.

6)Storks

Now there were particular scenes that I didn't like in the movie like how by just seeing a baby a woman can't control her motherly urges and a few other things but I can't disagree that this definitely a very wholesome movie especially the ending ...

Now there were particular scenes that I didn't like in the movie like how by just seeing a baby a woman can't control her motherly urges and a few other things but I can't disagree that this definitely a very wholesome movie especially the ending where every type of couple including few queer ones got a baby.

7)Lightyear

Our MC's best friend is a badass queer woman and although she dies it's not in a 'Bury Your Gays' way but dying from old age surrounded by your wife, family, and friends after living a happy life way

Our MC's best friend is a badass queer woman and although she dies it's not in a 'Bury Your Gays' way but dying from old age surrounded by your wife, family, and friends after living a happy life way. Although I found it heartbreaking that Buzz was so obsessed with his mission he missed to best friend's entire life.

8)Onward

This is one of the blink-or-you-will-miss-it cases, one of the policewoman is sapphic and talks about her girlfriend

This is one of the blink-or-you-will-miss-it cases, one of the policewoman is sapphic and talks about her girlfriend. The movie itself is quite wholesome and heartwarming, the added representation doesn't hurt.
