Finding The One

Chapter 1: The First Day.

(In school)
Nalaman ko na magkaklase pa rin kami ng mga kaibigan ko and i was happy to know that, our schedule is 12:30nn-7:00pm.

Dumiretso ako sa classroom namin and i immediately spotted my friends, i approached them at nang makita nila ako biglang sumigaw si Lia at niyakap ako "Rish! Baby ko..!" i chuckled feeling a bit embarrassed "Lia.. everyone's staring at us now.." my friends laughed while Lia stopped hugging me.

I sat between Lia and Bella while Drea sat beside Bella, we were waiting for our advisor to arrive.

A while later dumating na yung advisor namin and he introduced himself to us "alright class! let me introduce myself.. my name is Thalix Fernandez and I'll be your advisor for this school year, so i hope we'll get along!" He said with a smile on his face.

We introduced ourselves and Sir. Fernandez opened the position for the officers.

Drea nominated me as the president and most of my classmates voted for me.

"Alright looks like Miss Briones will be your class president." Sir. Fernandez said.

Then after that we assigned the other class officers.

Bella was assigned as the vice president while Lia and Drea backed up because they didn't want to become class officers.

Sabi nila gusto daw nila chill lang...

After that he organized our seats by our last names, nilagay ako sa second row nasa harapan ko si Bella while Lia and Drea are at the back.

He started teaching us and giving some information about his lesson, he's teaching physics. He told us what physics meant and after that he asked us a question. "So what is physics again?" Some of my classmates raised their hands including me and my friends, Sir. Fernandez called me and i stood up.

"Physics is the branch of science that deals with the structure of matter and how the fundamental constituents of the universe interact." I started

"It studies objects ranging from the very small using quantum mechanics to the entire universe using general relativity."

Sir. Fernandez smiled at me and said "Very good Miss Briones." pagkatapos ay tinuloy nya ang pagtuturo sa amin.

----------------- A while Later (Lunch time)

I was walking through the hallway when i saw him, Seth... Seth Viagedor.. my crush of course.. hehe.. ang pogi nya talaga pero kinulang sa height, I've been crushing on him for a year, matagal na rin kaya medyo nawawala na rin yung feelings ko sakanya because i prioritize my studies more but still i'm happy to see him again sa school year na 'to.

Anyway back to the story so nakita ko sya, he was with his friends so i acted normal tapos bigla kaming nagka eye contact and i looked away like it was nothing, i walked past him because i was with my friends too and i didn't want them to know na nadaanan namin yung crush ko.

It was lunch time and i was walking with my friends, of course..

We're walking towards the canteen nang biglang huminto yung isa kong kaibigan, si Lia she said "sabi pala ni sir may science exhibit sa sunday ah?"

I turned to my friend "ay oo nga noh? Nakalimutan ko" i said and then laughed

"Mhm...malay mo pumunta si ano dun..ayiee.." sabi ni Bella tapos tumingin sakin si Drea at sinabing "tapos tulak kita sa kanya" they laughed

"Oh tama na, shut up na.." i said feeling annoyed and embarrassed. We walked inside the canteen and got our food, after namin kumain umakyat na kami sa classroom namin for the next class.

-------------- A few minutes later (next class)

Our subject teacher arrived tapos may dalawang lalaki sa likod nya, si Seth tapos yung kaibigan nya... "Sh*t.. i'm doomed" i mumbled as my friends looked at me with a smirk on their face.

Anyway, they put down the books on the teacher's desk and pinamigay na samin isa isa yung mga libro. The class started and i tried to focus on the lesson, whenever the teacher asked us a question i raised my hand and answered her...

After a while the class ended and my friends immediately approached me with a smug look on their face. "Nakita mo ba sya?" Sabi ni Lia.

"A-ano naman ngayon kung nakita ko sya?" Sabi ko habang medyo nauutalm

"Ayiee malay mo kaya nya dinala yung libro dito para makita ka.." Bella slightly pushed me.

"Ano ba.. assuming na nga ako mas pinapalala nyo pa." I looked away.

"Okay lang yun.. jaan ka naman masaya eh" sabi ni Drea tapos biglang tumawa.

"tama na nga kayo.. ayoko na pagusapan yon." My friends laughed and they went back to their seats.

The day went by and it was night now, i checked my watch and it was 6:48pm. I yawned "12 minutes more.. and i can go home now" i focused back on the lesson as time went by, it was 6:54pm Now.

The teacher told us that we could go home now, i got up and put on my bag as i walked with my friends.

We arrived at my house and i said goodbye to my friends, after they left i got inside my house greeting my mom and dad "oh.. hi mom, hi dad! I'm home.." i said cheerfully and hugged them.

"How's school hm?" My mom asked.

"it was fine.." i smiled and got upstairs to my room.

I got changed into my comfortable clothes and went downstairs for dinner, i sat down on the dinner table as mom and dad prepared the table, we started to eat and talked about some things.

After eating i went upstairs to my room again, i laid down on my bed and started reading a book. I really like reading books.. especially when it's romance. A while later... i felt tired so i closed my book tapos natulog na ako.
