Finding The One

Chapter 2: It's Sunday.

(At home)
It is Sunday now, yung araw na pinakahihintay ko.. Science Exhibition na namin! Excited nako! Pinayagan kami ng school na magsuot ng civilian clothes pero kailangan daw suot ang ID. I dressed up, simply putting on a black turtleneck and a brown and white sweater with my grey slacks, i put on my shoes and tied my hair up in a ponytail. After that i left home and went to school with my friends.

----------------- A while later (At school)

Kasama ko yung mga kaibigan ko and we went to the third floor kase may photo booth daw, napagdesisyunan namin na mag photo booth before going to the Science Exhibit.

A while later.. pagkatapos naming magpa photo booth ay pumunta na kami sa Science Exhibit.. and there he was, Seth.. i told my friends na nandito si Seth and then Drea looked around. Suddenly Drea pushed me and i bumped into someone...

It was Miguel.. He's Seth's best friend.

"Uh.. i'm sorry." I said, feeling embarrassed and hit Drea

"Why did you do that?! Di naman yun si Seth eh.." My friends laughed

"Sorry naman.. medyo magkamukha kasi silang dalawa eh.." i sighed.

"Palpak pala plano mo eh.." Bella said to Drea

"Ano ba 'yan sayang naman.." Lia said and then chuckled.

We explored the Science Exhibit and then we saw something strange, naging interesado kami at lumapit doon.

The instructor told us na bumuo ng grupo tapos maghawak-hawak ng kamay, we did what the instructor told us but then i was surprised when I looked up and saw Miguel holding my hand while my other hand was held by Bella.

"Ano ba 'yan.. ang malas ko naman ngayong araw..." i said in my thoughts.

The instructor turned on the machine and we felt a sudden vibration coming from the machine, at the same time i felt Miguel holding my hand tightly.

I looked at him and said "uh.. excuse me.. uhm you can let my hand go now." I smiled awkwardly as he suddenly let go of my hand

"u-uh.. i'm sorry about that... oh! Let me introduce myself.. i'm Miguel Bautista. It's nice meeting you, i'm sorry for what happened earlier.."

i chuckled and smiled "it's fine.. it's nice meeting you rin.. i'm Irish Briones, my friends call me Rish.." he smiled back at me and left.

I turned around to see my friends looking at me with 'that look' "ayiee.. nagkabanggaan na nga nagkaholding hands pa." Lia said teasingly "The mission failed successfully.." Drea said feeling proud of herself while Bella is just laughing "tumigil na nga kayo.. let's just enjoy the science exhibit. " i sighed.

Naglibot-libot muna kami sa science exhibit and we took some pictures.

We were about to take a picture when someone tapped on my shoulder, i turned around to see who it was and it was Miguel, he's with Seth and he looks pretty nervous as he speaks "ahh... Hi Irish..uhm.. can i ask you something?"

"Yeah..ano ba 'yon?" I said with a smile.

"uhm...can i get your number? Or maybe your facebook account?" He rubbed his nape and handed me his phone.
