Vocals are commonly used to find other therians near their area/in their area. Generally, they are animal sounds just like an animal would make. This includes meowing, howling, hissing, barking, purring, etc.
DO NOT and I mean do not bark or hiss at people. PLEASE. This puts a bad name on therians and it shames us. Do vocals outside in your backyard where no one is around or do it with a friend. <3
