Faith's P.O.V
I wake up panting,trying to regular my breathing, another nightmare I look to the other side of my twin size bed to see Abby deep in sleep, grateful I didn't wake her up I got out of bed and tip toed downstairs to make a cup of coffee. There is no way I'm getting back to sleep as I enter the kitchen still trying to make sure I don't make a sound I look at the clock witch hangs above the door, I groan internally 6:00 am in the bloody morning. I put the kettle on and grab my blue mug along with the coffee stuff and sugar once I'm done I go sit on the back deck and sip my hot coffee while watching the sun go up.
The dream I had is the the one I always get sometime I'll get dreamless nights or I get that one dream and no others.
I was in my fathers house some of the pack members were there probably around 5 or 8 it was the first time my father let the pack hurt me I was 8 they were all giants compared to me, I spilled Derek's coffee, one of dads friend and then Derek hit me in the stomach
"Serves the little bitch right" my so called father sneered before I knew it I was getting kicked and punched by everyone
"I'm s-sorry..i-ididnt meant t-to" I stumbled upon the words with tears in my eyes. Stop crying stop giving them that satisfaction I kept saying but it didn't work they still kicked me and hit me until I finally fell unconscious
That's when I wake up panting, I take another big sip of my coffee needing to warm myself up and feel something in my stomach.i still have questions to my parents but the main one is why? Why did they do it? Why did they tell me and Abby we were dead I just don't get it. How could you hurt your children like that.
"Morning Faith" Johnnie said coming through the back door
"Hey what are you doin up this early?" I ask out of pure curiosity
"Couldn't sleep you?" He replys
"Same"
"Do you want to talk about it"
"Nah do you"I said I don't want to burden people with my problems
"No I'm good just couldn't fall asleep then I heard someone get so I decided too"
For the rest of the morning till everyone else got up me and Johnnie just talked about the most random of things and laughing.
