"So Mason about a year ago you found out that Amanda isnt your daughter right?" Esther asked "Yeah that's about right." He said calmly

"Then why are you still with her? Like she pinned a pregnancy on you." She chuckled
"Lia left you because of what she said and she's still spending your money till this very day." Esther continued Mason just looked as his youngest sibling laughed her lungs out

"Anyway I have to go meet Chiku." She said getting up "But do something about your wife." She left with a chuckle

"Okay Esther thanks for visiting." Mason said as a pair of small hands encircled his wrist "Daddy can we go to the park?" Amanda asked her supposed father "No." He harshly answered

"Please"

"No"

"Please"

"I said no Amanda now get out pf my sight and go look for you damn mother." Mason yelled looking down at her as she trembled in fear and ran towards the stair case

"Now that wasnt very nice." Alive pouted

"I'm not in the mood Alice." Mason seethed "Look I'm okay with you yelling at me but Amanda is innocent she's just a child." Alice continued

"A child that you used to ruin my life." He said "I dont want anything to do with you and that bastard child of yours." He walked out of the house

"Well Dad are you going to explain yourself?" Damien seethed

"Lia wanted to live a low key life so she went with what the Tabloids said." Mauricio said like it the most obvious thing "and you didn't think of telling us?" Vanessa asked "She didnt want you to know." He said calmly

"Lia's alive?" Miranda said as she joined the rest of the family

"Yes and I swear if you tell Mason I will disown you." Mauricio stated

"Why would I tell him?" Miranda asked "it was a one time thing."

"Okay, Lia has a son Nathaniel Cruz but he is sick, thats why she had to come back to Washington. The question that you guys must have is if we should tell the Media and the answer is we wait for Lia to decide that Okay?" Mauricio firmly stated

"Okay Lia whats the plan?" Ryan asked as Riley snuggled into his side

"We'll have a press conference for you and Riley then I'll just happen to be there." She chuckled "Ryan, Riley is asleep." She mirrored her chuckle "I guess that my cue to leave." He said scooping Riley up bridal style "Good night Lia, please put Emma to bed for me." He continued

"That okay Ryan." She said with a pained expression as a memory filled her mind

Flashback

"Lia we have to go." Mason said

"No I'm not going anywhere, your dad scares me." She said "But Esther wants to see you." He pouted "Nope I'm not going anywhere."  She said as she walked to the kitchen counter and started touching random utensils with Mason Closely behind her

"Okay then we'll stay here, but on one condition." He said drapping his hands around Lia stopping her movements as a gasp escaped her lips

"And what could that be?" She asked as he rested his head in the crook of her neck  "You'll eventually find out, lets make cookies or something." He sarcastically said

"Okay get the flour from the pantry." She told him "Okay he said slightly moving his hands still dragging her with him

"Mason let me go." She said "No." He smoothly answered "Why not?" She asked him

He pushed her to the wall trapping her with his hands and said

"Because I'm addicted to you."

End of flashback

"Shit Lia snap out of it he cheated, he doesn't deserve the memories." She murmured to herself

"Aunt Lia? Where's Mommy and Daddy?" Emma asked walking into the living room

"Mom fell asleep so Dad took her to bed, but the good news is you get to spend time with Aunt Lia." She said Enthusiastically "Now go get into your pyjamas with Nathaniel I'll be there in a sec." She said as the little girl ran out of the room

And Lia's sad expression returned to her features

"Its okay Lia, Just take care of Nate thats all that matters."
