Im getting ready to go out of our classroom when one of classmate call for me
"Lacsamana there is someone looking for you" bored na sabi nito
Napakunot ako ng noo sa narinig at naglakad palabas ng pintuan
Mas kumunot ang noo ko ng makita ang lalaking tumulong sa akin
"Why are you here?" I ask cluelessly
"Hindi ako tumatanggap ng sorry, lunch tayo" nakangiti nyang sabi
"fine" sagot ko bago naglakad
Sumabay sya sa akin ng paglalakad
We both didn't break the silence between us while walking to the cafeteria.
Some student are staring at us, some are staring at like they want me out of their site
I just ignore them like i usually do and keep walking like i am the only one who's breathing in my own world
Nang makahanap kami ng table ay ipinatong ko lang ang bag ko at akmang aalis ng may pumigil sakin
"Oh san ka pupunta?" Naguguluhang tanong nito
I starred at his hand in my shoulder. When he notice it he immediately take it off
"To order food what else?" I dryly reply to him
"Inaya kitang mag lunch pero hindi ko sinabi na ikaw ang bibili ng pagkain" sabi nito bago ibinaba ang bag
"Dito kalang ako na oorder, ano ba gusto mo?" Dugtong nya pa
Saglit akong natahimik bago sumagot
"Food" sagot ko at natawa sya
Napakunot ang noo ko
" I mean anong gusto mong FOOD?" He literally emphasize the word food to mock me
"anything that food" maikli kong sagot at naupo na
I saw him shake his head while smiling
When he's off to get food may dumaan na grupo ng mga babae at tumigil ito sa aking harapan
"A nobody is eating with my martin? Hah!" A short haired girl said while looking at me with disgust on her face
"she's a stiff person, i heard it from my friend" the girl with a long hair said while looking at the person with a short hair and then look at me with a mocking expression
"She have guts!" Said by the short haired girl habang nanlalaki ang matang nakatingin sa akin
I sighed and ignore them
I put my wireless earbud, shut my eyes and let the song take me to the paradise
When i feel the present of the who ask me to have lunch i open my eyes while not taking off my earbuds
He's talking to the girls that throwing their tantrums on me a while ago
The two girls look at me like and before they got out of my site i saw them rolled their eyes at me
I look at the man who buy's me lunch, and then i took off my earbuds when he put my food in front of me
"Thanks" sabi ko habang ibinabalik ang earbuds sa case nito
He smile at me and then sit on the chair in front of me
"you're welcome,ginulo kaba ng mga yon" tanong nya
I shake my head once and look at my food
"What's this?" Turo ko sa dish na karne at may maliliit na karot and potato, and i also spot a pickle
Tumayo sya at lumapit sa akin
"Ah eto minudo ang tawag dyan,karneng baboy yan, eto alam mo naman siguro fried chicken yan, eto vegetables salad, eto sliced yema cake naman yan at etong kulay puti kanin ang tawag dyan" sabi nya ng natatawa
He's mocking me
"Im just asking why do you need to be sarcastic" annoyed na sabi ko
"And do you think i can finish all of this dish by my self? This isn't even half of my meal.its like your feeding three person" inis na sabi ko bago kinuha ang kutsara at tinidor at nagsimulang kumain
When i look up on him he has a damn smirk on his face
"What are you smirking at?" Matalas na tanong ko bago sumubo ng rice and minudo
He's shaking his head when he sit back on his sit while smiling
"Kinain mo din naman nagrereklamo kapa" he playfully said and then start eating
"Whatever" bored kong sabi at pinagpatuloy ang pagkain
Minutes already passed and where done eating
I drink my water at akmang hahawakan ko na ang pinagkainan ko ng mabilis itong makuha ng lalaki sa aking gilid
Tumingin ako sa kaya at nagkunot mg noo
"Ako na ang magdadala, hawakan mo tong bag ko, mabilis lang ako" sabi nya at mabilis na umalis
I put his bad on my chair and start walking
Nang palabas na ako ng cafeteria ay may humawak sa aking braso
Sa sobrang gulat ay mabilis ko itong hinawakan at ibinalibag
"Ughhhhhh"
My eyes got wide open when i saw the man on the floor
"i-imsorry" nautal kong sabi bago ito tinulungang makatayo
"Ang brutal mo" sabi nito ng nakangiwi
Napangiwi din ako
"You startled me" paliwanag ko
Hawak ang kanyang likod ay dumaing ito
"Ughhh grabe sa dalawang put dalawang taon kong nabubuhay sa mundo ngayon lang ako nabalibag ng ganito" daing nito
He's guilt tripping me now
" Im sorry,you startled me" i sincerely apologize
"Nagsosorry na nga naninisi pa?" Bulong nito na narinig ko
Marahas akong napabuntong hininga
"im sorry ok, i didn't meant to drag you down, ill make it up to you"
Umayos ito ng tayo na parang walang nangyari at pinakatitigan ako
"Talaga?" Nanguuyam na tanong nito
"Yeah" bored kong sagot at tumalikod na upang maglakad palayo
Sumabay ito sa aking gilid
"Lunch" maikling sabi nito sa gilid ko
"Fine if that's what you want" sagot ko at naunang maglakad
"Isang linggo!" Sabi nito sa aking likod
Mabilis ko syang hinarap at pinagkunutan ng noo
"One week what?" Marahas kong tanong
Ngumiti ito at naglakad palapit sa akin
"One week, have lunch with me for one week" seryosong sabi nito bago ako nilagpasan
Liningon ko sya but his already too far way to me
Is this always the scenario? Him walking away from me and leaving me here dumbfounded?
