Chapter ten: The garden

It was time for lunch, the students are sat in a restaurant beside the museum each group in their own booth

Emile took a bite of his burger, Becky gave him a disgusted "Gross we come to a fancy restaurant and you order a burger?" Becky said cutting her steak

"It's not everyday i get to eat a burger" Emile replied, with his mouth full

Anya scoffed "rich kids" Anya said eating her nuggets it was the cheapest thing on the menu and She refused Becky and Damians offer to pay for her, and who could complain about nuggets?

Damian ordered the steak, he was eating his meal beside Anya looking up at Emile "eat whatever you want" he said

"Have a taste of my commoner lifestyle Emile" Anya said putting a nugget in her mouth

"The garden is there next area we're going to right?" Becky asked, her and Emile smirk 'Yes! Damian can make his move its going to be so romantic' Becky thought

'He's going to confess today!?!' Anya thought scanning Damian's brain  for any proof of this

The only thought she'd could read from him was 'I ordered this well done not rare, I should complain'

'I'll have too keep my eye on him' She thought, she doesn't realise she was staring down at her plate

"What's up? Food doesn't taste good?" Damian asked looking towards her

"No, it's fine, it's only nuggets and fries you cant go wrong with nuggets and fries" Anya said

'She's being really spacey today' Damian thought

"Sup guys" Ewen said passing by the booth

"Oh Hey Ewen! How's it going without us?" Emile asked

"It was a sacrifice worth taking for Damian-sama's romance" Ewen said smiling confidently

"Ah a kindred spirit, glad we both feel that way" Becky said nodding in approval

Damian would've scolded them for openly talking about it in front of Anya, but Anya was kind of slow anyway

'Anya is not slow! Anya knows that you're madly in love with her! Confess already!' Anya thought getting frustrated, if only she could say it out loud to him but instead she was just going to tease him

Damian was holding the fork with a piece of meat on it, Anya lunges towards it and took the piece of steak off of the fork

"Is your food not enough for you?" Damian said as Anya swallowed the food

"No Anya is fine, but if sy-on boy eats from that fork..." Anya said as a smirk appeared on her face

"An indirect kiss?" Becky said as her eyes lit up with excitement

'Two can play that game Forger' Damian thought smirking subtly putting his hand under her chin, making her look into his eyes "how about a direct one instead"

Anya blushed and moved back covering her face with her hands "n-no" She said

Becky was squealing with joy "do that again Damian, I need to take a picture" Becky said smiling brightly enough to light the room

"Smooth" Emile said smiling, he was feeling proud of his friend

'Wh-what was that about!?! I already realised that this was more then a mission but now this!?' Anya thought burying her face in her hands

"I'm sorry Anya I was just messing with you" Damian said chuckling with his fist against his mouth

"Not funny" Anya said rubbing her cheeks to get rid of the bright red tone on her face
