You remind me of a character from the book
First chapter, I heard your laugh on the other side of the phone
And you send me your picture with my name on your palm
I thought you would be another of my milestone
But I mistook

You remind me of the characters I write
The one that I will love and hate
With your dark hair and dark eyes
And the smile that gave me butterflies

I like you because you make me feel to be valued
And comfortable with all of your dialogue
I hate you because you left me there wondering
Never thought of you to be considering

And finally, I'm at the end of the page for an epilogue
I close the book and smile while making my monologue
You're not there to fill another chapter of my story
But you always be there to be my morally grey
