she stared at her phone.
her best-friend, kenny, had been face timing her since 4 in the morning.
they both desperately needed to get off their computers.
the pair had been playing a stupid video game, because neither of them could sleep.
cherry glanced over at her phone.
"it's 7:30, you're supposed to be at school soon." cherry reminded.
"you remembered! oh shit, i have to go! see you later!" kenny waved.
he hung up, and cherry shut her computer off.
what was next on her agenda?
she made herself breakfast, and sat on her balcony which overlooked the large city.
kenny had been her best-friend for years.
even if they met on some stupid app, he was still her number one priority.
they had eachother pinned on snapchat, they sent each-other gifts on holidays and birthdays, they even had a life 360 circle.
all that was difficult between them was the distance.
