"Thank you" I said wiping the counter down after the woman paid for her drinks.
I had no hope, no hope at all I had been workin since fourteen just so I wouldn't have to see me my mom and I haven't even heard from Coyanni.
He never called me back or answered my calls, So I stopped trying.
My mom also had recently got a boyfriend..he's worse I think you could hint how cruel he is if he's with her.

"ID?" I raised a brow putting my hands out.
"Man..." he mumbled rolling his eyes at my response."no ID nothing behind this counter." I said leaning on the counter.
He was kinda cute. He had beyond beautiful skin and healthy ass hair and his nose was probably my favorite feature of many.
"You to fine to be actin so damn federal." he shook head making me furrow my brows at his comment. "mhm" I nodded nonchalantly.
"Yo' name or is that too much?" I stared black at the end of his sentence. "Sanai" I say slowly.
"I like that Ian' never heard of it."
"Your friends are staring at us." I said making him look at the boys currently hiding in the isle.
"They ain't nobody" I rolled my eyes "lemme get your instagram" he said trying to keep the conversation going.
"Sorry I can't give my numbers to random customers...are you buying something or?" I said playing with my sleeve.
"When you get off den" he said ignoring my question.
"I don't even know you're name" I said sighing "dd" I smacked my lips.
"That is definitely not you're real name." I said making him crack a smile.
He stared at me a little longer before speaking again. "I'll let chu' know if You gimme your number" I sighed defeated.
While he was putting in my number I noticed something weird.
I noticed a tattoo on him my brother had in that exact same spot, I viewed before he left.

" appreciate it" he said walking out with his friends dabbing him up from behind.
It was actually time for me to clock out.
I sigh "now I have to go home..." I mumble wiping my eye.
I bumped into a shelf making me hiss in pain, there sat a huge bruise on my hip where my mother had shoved me into side of the counter.
My mom officially had stop going to church after she met leo he was super controlling.
He and my mom would fight. My mom wasn't scared of him so when he threw she threw back.
They both were crazy.
I'm saving up money to leave them and find my brother.
I'm half way there. Just a couple more dollars left.
