The end has come, the words are said,

Our love has withered, our passion dead,

The bond we shared has snapped into two,

Leaving me broken and alone, without a clue.

The memories we made, the moments we shared,

Now just fragments, that can't be repaired,

The love we had, once pure and true,

Now a distant dream we both knew.

We tried to hold on, but the love was gone,

Our hearts couldn't keep up, the passion withdrawn,

The tears we shed, the pain we felt,

Now a reminder of what we once dwelt.

We've gone our separate ways, our paths diverge,

No more to feel the love we once had urge,

The time has come, to let it go,

To find a new love, a new glow and spark.

So, here's a goodbye, it's time to move on,

To cherish the memories, but not to dwell upon,

We'll find happiness in our own way,

And maybe one day, we'll meet again.

Until then, stay happy and take care,

I thought our love would last,

But I'm glad it didn't because,

We both would keep getting hurt, by the problems of your own.

Do you still listen to our favorite song and wonder?

That you were happier those times with me,

Remember when you used to tell me,

"Something told me it was you."

No, it doesn't hurt me like before,

I hope you find someone better, because I already did.

That someone is me and I love myself than I loved anyone,

I won't regret falling for myself which I never did at first.
