"Slept well son?"
Joshua's eyes shot open , he jumped and sat up straight on bed
"Who-"
"Don't be like this , you forgot your own father's voice"
Joshua hung up the call quickly , He got off his bed , took a quick shower and got ready for work
He went to check up on y/n in her room . As he walked in her room , she walked out of her walk-in closet ready to go to work
"Where are you going" he asked standing in doorway
"work" she replied shortly looking at herself in mirror
"I told you to rest , you can go to work tomorrow , Sunghoon will take care of everything"
"I'm completely fine" she said looking at him trying to walk out of the room
"No you are not" he dragged her (gently) to her bed and made her sit down
"You're not going anywhere until I Am satisfied that you are completely fine which is what you are not right now" he made lay down and pull a blanket over her
She opened her mouth to protest but stopped when Joshua received a call , he picked up seeing the caller id
"Yeah what is it"
"I was on my way to office when I saw Hye-in Cho" Hoshi said from the other side of phone
"what, where , are you sure it was her" Joshua said , walking out of y/n's room before whispering to her 'don't go anywhere , rest up and call me if you need anything' . He ran downstairs , grabbed his car keys and got in his car quickly starting his engine as he heard Hoshi speak through the phone
"The gym infront of Kplus building , she just got in her car and drove off"
"Did you note the number plate of her car and where are you"
"I did but I couldn't follow her due to the bodyguards, I'm headed to the company"
"Ok , I'm on my way aswell"
Meanwhile
[Jeonghan's secret mansion]
"Jeonghan?" Hye-in called out walking inside the mansion as she saw a man sitting on couch in living room
The man got up , turned around and faced Hye-in once she was in the living room
"Who .. are you" she asked stunned by a stranger in the house
The person smiled at her , he looked like in his early 50's but well fitnessed
"Nice to see you young lady , didn't knew my son has a beautiful partner" The man finally spoke
"Your son as in who?"
"Yoon Jeonghan"
"What- but his father Mr Yoon died when we were 4"
"I'm Joshua Hong's biological father , as well as step father of Yoon Jeonghan "

I'm really sorry , the story started well but it's going downhill . Even I don't know what I'm writing at this point but don't worry I'll make sure to end it in a satisfied and sensible way . I'll try to post more often
