-once again, you lay in bed tossing and turning, throwing your blanket on and off and trying to find a comfortable position you'll finally magically fall asleep in. it's like a routine at this point, you could just never fall asleep anymore and you didn't know why
-you knew your boyfriend was most likely not sleeping either, since he never does, so you decided to finally text him for some advice

-and so you headed over to the studio, where bangchan was waiting for you at his desk, he greeted you with his arms wide open, gesturing for you to take a seat in his lap
-as you made yourself comfy, chan rested his chin on your shoulder, eyes still fixated on cleaning up the track he's currently working on. he gave you one pair of headphones so you could listen along with him
-the piece of music was so different to what him and his team usually release. whilst usually their main genre is noisy and energetic music, this track was soft and calm, which somehow managed to slowly lull you to sleep and you dozed off without even realising it
-the moment chan noticed you finally fell asleep, he retracted his chair into a more laying down position and didn't dare to move EVEN AN INCH, just so that you could finally get some sleep which you've clearly needed for quite a while. he very carefully put his arms around you, terrified of accidentally waking you up, and shut his own eyes to try get some sleep too
-the poor guy struggled from pins and needles all night but he said it was worth it to 'see you sleep so peacefully'
