Although (Y/N) knew Alastor originally didn't die in the show as he was able to escape via his shadow, and although she knew Severause, a stronger being than Adam, was also with him, she still couldn't help but worry over how his battle was occurring. She wanted nothing more than to help him, but she also realized that he wouldn't allow her to. Alastor, as a man so narcissistic, would never allow himself to let (Y/N) engage in battle when he believed he could do it for her, therefore leaving her without a scratch.

She both appreciated the sentiment and was irritated with it all the same.

Therefore, she put her attention elsewhere.

Using her angelic spear to strike down any Exorcist in her path, their golden blood spraying in the air, (Y/N) steadied herself so not one of her movements was unnecessary, finding that if she didn't keep her frazzled state under rein, she could easily be the one sliced through instead of the other way around.

"Fuck!" She shouted in pain when a spear's blade cut her shoulder, whirling around to face the Exorcist whom she hadn't noticed.

The Exorcist's smile was jagged.

Her entire stance swelled with confidence.

(Y/N)'s lips twitched.

It's as if... she's mocking me.

Realizing that this Angel obviously didn't see her as a threat, she faced her with her own spear gripped tightly in her hands, her jaw tightening from the rush of adrenaline that rushed through her veins completely fueled from her own irritation. It was true her ego and pride were a little bruised, but more than that, the thought of these Exorcists looking down on her and those she had become close with in the hotel filled her with rage.

Lunging forward, (Y/N) brandished her weapon before her and moved to stab it through the Exorcist's stomach, gritting her teeth when the Angel merely ducked and tackled her to the ground, the two tussling for control over the spear. Curling her fingers into a fist, she swung her arm around and socked the Exorcist in the jaw. With the Exorcist's grip on her loosening, (Y/N) was able to flip their bodies around so that she were on top, raising the spear once  again before plunging it downwards straight into the other's heart.
