Third person POV:

As usual, Lisa exits the school premises while going through her backpack, looking for her water bottle but then she remembers that she put it on her desk during the second last lecture.

She goes back inside the school and walks to her cabin to get her water bottle back.

After getting it, she hurries down the stairs but suddenly comes to a halt when she overhears the principle and a teacher talk about Princess Kim.

“Yesterday I went to the palace to tell the king about the school's broken roof, and then I got to know that Princess Kim is very sick from 6 days and isn't getting any better.”

Lisa gets tensed. She now knew the reason why Jisoo did not come to visit her and that made her sickening worried.

"What should I do now? My worry is eating me up but why am I even worried for a person I barely know? What is exactly wrong with you Lisa?" She talks to herself out of distress.

Coming out of the school, her eyes start to get teary remembering all the small moments that she spent with Princess Kim which were magically able to give her big happiness.

Flashback:

Seeing her struggle, I felt my pocket to know if I had a handkerchief with me. Thankfully, I did. Taking it out, I offered it to her as she hesitantly took it.

I watched as she still looked so beautiful even when covered in sweat.

-

She was observing my way of walking, my clothes and my face like she was a Scientist and I was some microorganism.

"Is something wrong with me Princess Kim? Why are you looking up and down at me?"

"Oh no, I'm just checking you out." She blurted out, making me gasp and stop dead in my track.

SHE WAS CHECKING ME OUT?!

-

She said her goodbye and started to walk her direction but I held her wrist to stop her.

"Thank you for giving this back, but I think you need it more than I do, since it's pretty hot today. You can keep it." I gave my handkerchief back to her and she galdly took it before giving me a beautiful smile and walking away.

-

"Lisa, do you like walking home with me, like this?" Jisoo looks at her, seriously waiting for a honest answer.

"Hmm," Lisa hums and nods. "Very much."

Jisoo's already big grin gets even bigger at the younger's honest and satisfactory answer.

End of Flashback.

She was unaware of what exactly these feelings were but she liked them. She liked these feelings. But she also wanted to know why she was feeling all the butterflies in her stomach when she was around this one specific person.

Princess Kim.

"Should I go to the palace?" She talks to herself again.

"Maybe I should. Yeah, I should."

But sudden realisation stops her when she realises that she was willing to go to the king's palace just because she wanted to see his daughter.

This makes her ask herself, What is happening to you Lisa? Why are you feeling like this?

But the answers were unknown, unfortunately.

Kim Jisoo's POV:

I lay in bed, looking at the blunt, white ceiling above my head. What happened to me? Why has my life become this way?

Did I do something wrong?

Everything felt too overwhelming and my thoughts were making me exhausted and I just wanted to go somewhere, where, there is silence, where this is solitude, where there is Lisa.

Maybe she would have forgotten about me by now. I am just a stranger in her life, she only knows me as the princess of South Korea.

But me? I know her as someone I never want to lose, as someone I never want to upset, as someone I never want to be separated from, as someone I have developed strong feelings for.

I have spent enough time laying lifelessly in bed and living off of her handkerchief and her memories. I was longing to see her.

I want to see her, just a little glance.

And just as some miracle, my father entered my room with Lisa following behind.

I abruptly got up and my eyes widened seeing Lisa, giving me a beautiful smile. And beside her, my father who also smiled at me and came to my side.

"My dear, your friend miss Lisa is here. I heard you were visiting her everyday at the time of the school's dispersal. Is it true?" He remained calm and displayed a smile but his eyes were strength and held no softness in them.

"Ye-yes." I stutterd, knowing what was waiting for me.

"I'll see you later, enjoy you both 'friends'." Putting emphasis on the significant word, he gave us a last glance before walking out of my room.

Lisa came and sat beside me before taking my hands in hers, gently, she caressed then with the back of her thumb while I just stared at her, freaking out.

"Li-Lisa? You came here to see- see me?" I was too shocked and surprised as well to speak without stuttering.

She nodded, slowly looking up and meeting my eyes. "I missed you, Princess Kim."

I softened hearing her say that, and I wanted to say the same thing but something in me refused to it.

"How did you know that I was ill?" The first question that came out of my mouth.

"Forget that. How are you? How did you fall so ill?" She asked me, her eyes spoke just how much she was worried.

"It's well, a pretty boring story." I say.
