As promised, here are some fun facts about the story, the series or the characters in general. If there's anything more that tickles your curiosity bone, feel free to ask.

· The story's original title was "An adventure in the jungle". Original, right? It went through two more title changes before I settled on Too Young.

· I started writing the story when I was ten. It ended up as a 45 page notebook and it contained illustrations by yours truly (I suck at drawing).

· There are still story arcs from the original story (yes, the one I wrote when I was ten): The part at the cliff/Snitch Gravel's base when he wants to throw them off, the explosion and Gina being a traitor.

· Originally, Tom was not Sam's twin, but his best friend and Christine's first cousin.

· Jerry was the martial arts expert while Jimmy had no personality at all.

· Sam was 18, Jerry 20 and Kyle 25 (as opposed to 18, 19 and 21). The seven year age gap between Sam and Kyle would've ruined a lot of the plot.

· Jimmy and Tom's last name was Turbo. Glad I took that out of there.

· Originally, Tina was Freider's secretary, but it would've been just weird for Jerry to hook up with his father's secretary.

· Jessie didn't exist until a much later version. Jimmy and Alice stayed together.

· At some point, there was a story arch which involved JT's fiancee parading as Kyle's twin sister. Too many traitors and too many twins...

· In the previous version (yes, the one right before this one), there were even more characters (Billy's half -brother and sister and Steve and JT's younger brother), but they will be introduced in later books.

· There are seven novels in the series. The last takes place aprox. 8 years after the first. I've never gone past book 4 (which needs MAJOR editing. Books 2-4 all do).

· Maxi and Max (the uncle who raised Kyle) are twins.

· There used to be a lot of scenes involving jaguars :)

· Snitch Gravel attacked the group a lot more often, including inside the first temple.

· Speaking of temples, the second one was inhabited by an old cult which tried to fry everyone in a molten lava pit.

· There was an alternate version in which Alice pretended to be terminally ill to get Jimmy to marry her. It didn't end well and was fortunately scraped pretty fast (too much drama).
