"Mickey, don't break my alarm!" I yell with a voice full of drowsiness and irritation.
"I won't... If you would get off your butt and turn it off." He says in a sassy voice.
"Mommy, Mama Gina told me to tell you guys that quote y'all need to get up and wash Booty's so you can go to school unquote," Sophía tells us.
Sophía, baby thank you. Are you ready for Daycare?" I ask. "Yes, Mommy but I can't find Leni." She with a little pout on her face.
"Okay. Baby, Mickey will help you find him." I tell her.

"What-" he started, "Mickey just help her find Leni. I need to get ready." I tell him. "Okay. Come on Soph. I'll help you find Leni." He tells her. "Yay! Thank you, Mickey!" She cheers. I laugh at how Sophía practically dragged him out of the room to find Leni.

On my way down stairs, after I finished getting dressed, I see Sophía and Mickey fighting over what looks like the last piece of bacon. So I decided to stop the fight.
"Larenta! Seriously. Why did you do that? I was gonna eat that." Mickey whines.

"Well, it doesn't matter... It's mine now." I declare with a smirk. "Now are you both ready to go?" I ask in a cheerful way. "Yes!" They say simultaneously. "Good. Mickey, did Mama Gina leave for work yet?" I asked.
"Yep, she said have a nice day. Don't start nuthin', cause she won't feel like coming down there and hurtin' nobody. Oh yeah, and she said I love you." He tells me.

"Come on let's go. "I say as I get Sophía off her chair. "You look pretty mommy," Sophía tells me. "Aw. Thanks, Princess, so do you." I tell her as I kiss her cheek. She giggles and blushes.
