Sometimes I just lay on my bed,
Trying to block the thoughts, that litter my head
But one thing I've learnt to accept,
Is that they never leave.Sometimes I just lay on my bed,
Beating myself up for the things I should've said
But one thing I've learnt to accept,
Is that it's too hard to speak.Sometimes I just lay on my bed,
Imagining scenarios that I wished happened instead
But one thing I've learnt to accept,
Is that those are never real.Sometimes I just lay on my bed,
Exhaustion in waves, my emotions dead
But one thing I've learnt to accept,
Is that I can never sleep.~Liv
