| but, love, you still forgot to chew
i never acknowledged that
the cocktail of miscellaneous flavours
of syrups that filled my body
each time one of my boys kissed me
tasted so deliciously smoothyou drank every drop of it
darling, you licked the last of ittell me, baby, did it taste so fine
like molten stars on your lipsor are you just insecure that
a few other humans were capable
of lining my insides with
so much sweetness as that
of sugar lumps that you have
stored in the curves of your cheeksdoes it matter now that
you have taken every grain of itnow there is no viscosity between
my cells where your roses can dip
their wilting stemsthe honey coated petals |
