This was so not fair. So what if you had punched Jimmy Moore? he started it, calling you names and stuff. Now you had to go to detention, not a fun place
Of course you had never been there before. Having great grades and never getting into trouble, until now. You shoved your hands into your pockets and lowered your head as you entered the classroom, avoiding everyone's gaze
You quietly made your way to the back of the classroom, choosing the most isolated desk and sitting down. On the other side of the room you could see a group of boys talking amongst themselves, and with them was Loki Odinson. Once he saw you, he made his way over to you
"Well, what do we have here? What is princess doing in detention?" He sneered, sitting on the desk in front of you, "late to class for sucking up to all your teachers?"
You met his eyes, vibrant green that stared right at you, "Actually, I punched Jimmy Moore" you said, loud enough for only him to hear
"Jimmy Moore? That's kind of hard to believe princess" he said in disbelief.
"Don't call me that" you said through gritted teeth, but he just smirked
"What? Princess? But it suits you," he leaned back and looked you up and down, and you tried not to squirm in your chair
"Hm. You're tougher than I thought you were." He said, leaning his face closer to yours, knowing it made you uncomfortable
"Derik is throwing a party tonight. You should come" he said, and you heard a little nervousness seeping into his voice
"Are you asking me out?" It was your turn to make him uncomfortable. He leaned back again but you leaned in, a smirk on your face
"Wha- you're putting words in my mouth." He stuttered, and you smiled wider noticing his cheeks tinted a little red.
"Loki. (Y/n). Quiet before I give the both of you another detention" Mr. Benton warned, and Loki got up from the desk.
"I'll see you there, princess"
