Y/n sighs as he woke up, yesterday had been a awful thing, he had accidentally revealed his rider side
Lilith and Marci were already ready as they sat on their beds "I'm glad we get today off"

"It's mail day....we receive letters and packages from our friends and families "
"Oh.....family " His had been dead for years, so he didn't expect anything to come for him
"They should have ours here in a little bit"
"I cannot wait to read from mom"
Someone knocked on the door and Lilith opens it and taking an arm full of packages and letters
Y/n and Marci each helped get the rest and set it on the bed, they started going through them while y/n sat to the side watching
"Hey rider....this is for you" She tossed him a letter
"What?"
He opened it up, it was his old friends and classmates, they said they missed him, that it wasn't the same and to write back and tell them how the academy was
"Wow" He smiles, it was the small boost he had needed
"There's more"
She gave him 3 more letters and a box
"This is more than I expected "
Lilith looks at him "Why? Do human family's not send stuff "
"It's not that, I don't have a family, but I didn't think my friends would miss me so much"
He opened the next letter, it was unmarked and read
"Hey, I know this was a difficult start to this school and that you doomed yourself for being a rider, but at lunch you can sit by us....you gotta have someone to watch your back

Marci looks up "She's an imp.....why would she send you a letter?

He moved to the third letter and looks at the black envelope he opened it and read "You don't belong here, it would be better for everyone if you left, riders should be killed for their very existence "

The final letter was in a pink envelope He opened it "We haven't had a male in a long time, we hope you don't mind when we take your body for our own, but you'll love it see you soon love.

He looks at Lilith and Marci "Umm, I-is this for r-real? " They both read the letter
"Looks like not everyone hates you.....but that's not a good thing"
Finally he went to the box, it was small and made of cardboard
He opened it and found an amulet, it was a strange black stone in the shape of a three headed dog
"Weird "
Lilith looks over and gasped "Oh my gods.....that's...how?! Those are so rare"
"W-what I-is it?"
"It's a familiar.....it binds to your soul and can do any number of things...."
He looks at it "W-what do I do with it?"
"You activate it you dumb ass"
She takes it from his hands then grabs his arm
"I need some blood"
"W-WHAT?!?"
She bit his finger not to hard but enough to draw blood and put it on the amulet

The amulet started to glow an angry red color, then it produced a black mist that transformed into.....a scaly three headed puppy

Lilith smiles and gushed "It's so cute!"

Marci smiles "It's a Cerberus, one of the guards of hell, now it is bonded to your soul, it will protect you"
The little thing walked and rubs its head against y/ns side, being only the size of a small puppy it was adorable
He smiles and pet it "Aw...but why me....who sent it?"
There was no sender on the box or note
Lilith pics the little thing up "I don't know but he's just the best thing"
"He's Rare as well....whoever sent it is spending a lot on you"
Lilith smiles "And if I remember correctly if you want to put him back in the amulet you say Rückkehr "
He nods as he pets the Cerberus on his middle head then the side ones
"Wow"
Lilith puts him in y/ns arms "Take good care of him...and he'll do anything for you"
She goes back to her packages pulling out various things like knives and runes
Y/n looks at the little Cerberus as it sneezes hell fire
"You and I are gonna get along " He pets it growing attached
"I'm not gonna let anything happened to you"
