The rest of the day goes by in a blur, and school is over before I know it. Time for therapy, yay! Not.

It would be nice if I had a ride, but my dad doesnt care. He wonders why I'm sad all the time, if only he opened his eyes and realized that he and Megan are the reason. Maybe there's not something wrong with me, maybe there's actually something wrong with the people around me.

"You're late," Paige says, as I enter the room. I remain silent and I take my seat, I'm really not in the mood to talk to her, or anyone, at the moment.

"Now that we're all here, let's begin. Who would like to share first?" Paige asks. No one raises their hand, we all just look at each other.

"Maddie, why don't you start."

"I'd rather not, thanks," I say.

"It wasn't a suggestion," Paige replies. "Why don't you start by telling us how you're feeling."

I look around me, I don't really know these people, and I don't really like them. Why should I tell them how I feel?

I talk anyway, since I have to. "I'm tired," I say.

"Why?" Paige asks.

"Everything hurts."

"Emotionally?"

I nod. "Sometimes I don't know if I'm getting better, or if I'm just getting used to the pain."
