Shubhman's POV

I dropped my kit on the floor as soon as I entered. I slugged to the kitchen hoping to find Winnie but she wasn't here.

I poured myself a glass of water and gulped it down. I looked around and the house was just as I left.

I wonder how did Winnie survive without making a chaos in the house.

Did she leave?

" Winnie?" I called out her name hoping she'd reply

After a minute of silence, I ran to our room and found this cute little baby curled up in ball and sleeping.

I was really scared!

I walked closer and noticed how she slept with the phone in her hand. She must have texted me.

I really felt sorry that I couldn't give her the time she deserves. I sometimes wish I wasn't this busy.

But watching her sleep automatically made me smile. Her pink lips puffing out. Her coal black eye lashes resting. But I really miss looking at her captivating eyes while she is sleeping.

I sat besides running my hand through her silky hair. Her strawberry scented shampoo filling the room. 

" You're here? " she moved placing her head on my lap

" Yes, I'm sorry did I wake you up??" I asked shyly

" No, it's okay. I've been sleeping for the whole day " she snuggled into me

" You're still sleepy silly! " I laughed ruffling her hair

" When did you come? " she asked as she sat infront of me rubbing her eyes

" Right now " I answered admiring her cute features which make me fall in love with her more

"Yah! Go take a shower! " she hit my arm pushing me off the bed

" Ladyy, chill. I'm leaving " I stood up rubbing my injured arm

She glared at me and I quickly placed a kiss on her forehead before running to the bathroom.

I took a quick shower, wrapping the towel around my waist and stepping out to get into my clothes.

As I stepped out of the bathroom, I saw Winnie sleeping again.

And she said she's been sleeping for the whole day?!

I quietly put on my clothes and slipped in the bed with her. Making sure not to wake this baby up.

I pulled over the covers and pulled her closer to me.

" You're back? " she asked as she tried to get up

" Just sleep. You're sleepy and let me sleep too" I tighten my grip around her

" I'm sorry, I don't know why I'm so sleepy today " she pouted as she snuggled in my chest

" It's okay, I really like your cuddles " I kissed her nose as she smiled

" I missed being in your arms " she whispered as she held my hand

" I missed you too but now I'll make sure we spend days together as I have a break " I stroked her head

" Really?! That's great! " she cheered and her eyes sparkling 

" I love you so much you baby" I muttered looking in her eyes

" I love you too Shubhi " she pecked my lips
