"Malaya you should have been put on your shoes" I fussed as i got her nike sneakers from her closet
I was taking her to her dad's house today since its the weekend. Me and her father met at a bar and we kicked it off from there. Dated for two years and then had Malaya. Her dad is a music producer, huge producer at that. He decided to choose his job over his family by accepting a deal by working with other artists across the country without talking to me about it so i ended our relationship right then and there
"Daddy said he's taking me to the skating ring mommy, so i need thicker socks and i was trying to find my thick socks" She said walking towards me
"You could have asked me to get them" I sighed as i got her thick black socks
"Ok" She took both her shoes and socks out my hands
We made our way downstairs and she grabbed her bag of clothes

"DADDY" Malaya ran to him smiling hard
"Hi baby" She held her in his arms "Malaya go put your stuff up real quick" He told her causing her to run up the stairs with her bag "Hey Sondra" He said to me leaning on the wall
He was still fine as hell. But im over that
"Hi Craig" I said about to walk away
"Wait" He told me causing me to sigh and turn back around

"I cant get no hug" His deep voice ranged in my ear

I was putting my key in the ignition getting ready to back up but i saw him walking up to my car
"What do you want Craig" I asked looking in his beautiful chocolate eyes that sparkled in the sun
"Here" He said trying to hand me a stack of money
It was at least 30k seeing it was all hundreds
"Take it, stop playing" He shook it in his hands for me to take it
