𝚂𝙴𝙿𝚃𝙴𝙼𝙱𝙴𝚁 𝟷𝟽, 𝟸𝟶𝟷𝟿
THE PAST FEW DAYS HAVE BEEN filled with read throughs, recording the soundtrack, and rehearsals for performances along with choreography dances or rehearsals for blocking out scenes.
today was the first day of shooting episode one. the first shoot was sunset curve rehearsing. charlie, jeremy, owen, and taylor were up on stage getting ready to perform. skylar and the other assistants were on stage as well applying fake sweat onto their faces
"you excited?" skylar asks charlie as she was applying the fake sweat on his face. charlie was looking right at her, skylar being 5ft while charlie was 5'8. he chuckles softly "what?" she asks
"you're so short" he teases
"shut up" she playfully rolls her eyes
he chuckles "but yes i'm excited, you gonna be cheering us on?" he asks
"always" she smiles
"alright let's get to shooting" kenny announces
"good luck" she tells him
"thanks shorty" he teases with a smirk, skylar playfully shoves him
taking her place next to kenny, they begin
"one, two, three!" owen starts the countdown as he hits his drum sticks together, the electric guitars riff in the background
"take off, last stop countdown till we blast open the top face first, full charge electric hammer to the heart" charlie begins to sing
a small smile crept on to her face, a total rockstar
"is that a smile i see?" kenny whispers over to her
"oh look jeremy is gonna start singing" she changes the topic
charlie had motioned his head for jeremy to come over to him "won't stop climbing, 'cause this is our time, yeah" they both sing into charlie's microphone before charlie pushes jeremy softly
"wow" skylar mumbles as charlie threw his guitar over his shoulder his strap catching it as it went back to the front of him
the boys continued playing the whole song until kenny called cut.
"that was perfect, now let's do it again in a different angle" kenny says
"well looks like you boys won't be needing the fake sweat" skylar tells them
by the third shot, skylar was singing along silently so the mic wouldn't pick up her voice in the background, she was also dancing along to the song, charlie taking the advantage of the camera not being on him, he winks at her. a smile forming on skylar's face as she shakes her head

after kenny had gotten all of the footage he need from the boys playing, they moved on to the boys speaking with the waitress of the orpheum. now they were outside in an alley getting ready to shoot the hotdog scene
"now i kinda want a hotdog" skylar mumbles
"want me to get you one?" charlie asks her
"please?" she pouts, charlie asking her what she wanted on it. after she told him he left
after a few seconds, charlie comes back and hands her the hot dog "here you go shorty"
"let's hope it doesn't kill me" she jokes
"skylar!" kenny calls out "we only have a limited number of hot dogs"
"listen ken, we've been shooting since 7pm and it's currently 11pm and i'm hungry. next time don't take the crafts away"
"sky you are going to be the death of me" kenny sighs
"i love you too" skylar smiles sweetly

6 hours later and 13 hot dogs later they were done shooting
"i'm never eating hotdogs again" charlie burps as he comes over to skylar
"well you did just eat 13 hotdogs" she chuckled "gotta love the acting life"
she looked over to owen who looked like he was about to puke. she felt bad for him, he had a sinus infection along with a pink eye
"poor owen" she sighs "did you fart on his pillow?" she asks curiously
charlie pretended to look a bit taken back "i could never" skylar narrowed her eyes at him "don't tell him"
