"Daddy!" Nevaeh yelled as she walked into the basement looking for Von
"What girl?" He said looking at her taking his headphones off
She sat down in the chair across from him watching as he lit a blunt placing it between his fingers
"I'm goin through it ion know what to do right now." Nevaeh said and he chuckled
"This about Toni?" He asked and her eyes widened
"You know yo mama can't keep no secret. Ion even know why you put yo trust in her." Von chuckled and Nevaeh frowned
"I told her I wanted to tel you myself—but yes it is about Toni." Nevaeh said and Von nodded waiting for her to continue
"Okay so basically she takin me on a date and ion know what to do— like I'm so new to all this. You know that. I don't do relationships or nunnadat. Advice?" She said and Von nodded thinking about what she said
"Shit really just to let shit happen. Don't rush into shit. Cuz me and yo mama and yo daddy we rushed into shit and fast." Von said chuckling as he remembered the day he met Kentrell
"Just let shit happen don't force it. And don't let her play wit you. Don't let nobody get in between what y'all got goin on. Ight? People talk shit about y'all? Oh well don't give a fuck cuz they ain't in the relationship. Don't do shit to make nobody else happy except fa y'all." Von said and she nodded listening closely
"Don't be toxic and childish either. I know you and this yo first time doin shit so youn really know. Communication is KEY if y'all don't communicate then the relationship ain't gon work trust me."
"And that's it really. Like I said Communicate, let shit happen, and worry about y'all." Von finished and she nodded smiling
"Okay thank you..I gotta go get ready I'll probably stay at her house tonight so I'll see you tomorrow." She said and he nodded hugging her
Nevaeh walked away about to go up the stairs but Kentrell came down
"Wassup kid." He said hugging her and she hugged him back
"Nun love you." Nevaeh said before walking upstairs to her room and packing a spend the night bag
She picked 2 pairs of panties a nightgown, and a tracksuit.
She already had stuff at Tonis house so she didn't have to pack much.
"What to wear..." she mumbled looking in her closet just as a message from Toni popped up
It read "ima be to get you at 8 be ready."
