The Tell

As I pulled into the parking lot of the DVD store in my mom's car I noticed a familiar Porsche parked outside. Great Jackson and most likely Lydia were here. I really don't have the energy to deal with them.

I've been on edge ever since finding out that Scott's a werewolf. I just want to live a normal life, so hopefully getting this job will help with that and also help me save up for a car.

"Can somebody help me find 'the notebook?'" walking into the DVD store I could hear Jackson's annoying voice already "Yo McCall, a little help here?"

"Sure, just let me put my bag down"

"Make it quick. I don't have all night" he's such a douche

"There should be another employee that might help" I thought Ethan was working today

As I was walking over to the back room when my eyes landed on a ladder as well as a light fixture hanging down on top of it, as I began walking closer toward it I felt Jackson walking closely behind me, I stopped suddenly when my eyes fell on the employee, Ethan. He seemed to be laying down unconscious

Slowly Jackson and I began walking closer towards him I couldn't shake the chill that was creeping down my spine. As we stopped in front of the Ethans body I let out a scream as Jackson stumbled backward into the ladder causing the lights to flicker as our eyes fell on the man whose throat had been ripped apart.

As Jackson and I shared terrified looks, I heard an animalistic noise, I turned my head and was faced with a large terrifying black figure with piercing red eyes. My feet were planted into the ground. I could do nothing as my body was in a state of shock, my mind was screaming at me to run and hide but my body wasn't following the order until Jackson pulled me down beside him as we hid behind a stack of DVDs. as I felt silent tear's roll down my face and tried my hardest to control my breathing I heard the racks of CD's falling one by one, as Jackson placed his arms over my head and pulled me forward with him in order to dodge the racks I could hear the beasts footsteps approaching closer and closer until he was hovering over us

As I tried my hardest to remain calm I closed my eyes preparing myself to be killed and probably eaten by this animal I could see him move toward Jackson, more specifically the back of his neck, and just like that he left followed by the screams of who I assumed to be was Lydia Martin

"Are you in any pain?"

"S-sorry what?" from the moment I walked out of the building till now everything's been kind of hazy. How did I get out from under the shelf?

"Are you in any pain"

"N-no, no I'm okay" My head was hurting a little but I guess that's a given considering what I'm guessing was the Alpha almost killed me, it only got worse once Jackson and sheriff Stilinski began arguing

"Juliette!?" Stiles? "Are you okay? What happened?" the look on stiles' face was full of concern and worry as he began examining me for any injuries 

"Yeah, yeah I'm okay" he didn't look convinced in the slightest "really I am, Jackson pushed me out of the way"

"What were you even doing here?"

"I work here, remember?" before he could say anything he was distracted as the paramedics brought out the worker's body

"Oh, whoa, is that a dead body?" that caused the members of the public to move forward as sheriff Stilinski ushered Stiles back into the car as well as asked everyone to move back

"Juliette,why don't you let Stiles take you home? I'll get a deputy to pick him up"

"Yeah sure, Thank you" Mr Stilinksi is like the father I wish I had
