"when will you admit that you like me too?" he said.
"I like you.. But It's just... It's just that... It's not right Harp, we're  different.. We can't go along living a life where we can't control ourselves.. Your immortal, i'm a mortal. We're both a differ of both kinds. Can't you not understand?" I said.
"why not? Opposites attract don't they?? You like me I like you, it's just the same.. Why are you even complaining??" he said.. He's really serious.. I.. I feel bad..
"Harp, it's OK if you do something nice for me, but.. Would you think people will really agree with what we feel for each other?  Would you think your dad would like this?? Huh?" I said..
"you will allow me to court you officially. You would allow me to do what I want to do. And I would want you to do the same Ellie.. You promise me.." he said then offer me his pinkee finger. I couldn't resist him, so I gave in any offered my pinkee finger, Then we did a pinkee swear.. He then helped me packed my things. He even carried my bag for me.. I never experienced this before. A guy carrying my things for me. I like it. I really do.
"hey, you're too quiet. What's wrong?" he asked.
"oh nothing. I kinda lost my glasses.." I said. He looked worried.
"where did you put it anyway? Aish, you should be attentive.."
"I'm sorry.  Maybe it's just in my bag.. Or maybe I left it in the..." then my phone beeped.
*New Message
Mr. Sings:
MS. Elliot, I would need the ticket Money now.. I'll be waiting here at the faculty.*
I looked over at Harp and he reads the text.
"now? So demanding." he said.
"I'm a student assistant I should obey his orders you know.." I said.
"fine!" he replied, is he getting mad at me? Is he acting like a jerk right now? GRRRR!!
"hey watch you're attitude mister. I don't like it." I said to him.
"what's wrong with being like this?" he said.
"I hate it.. So bad." I said. I stuck my Tongue out to tease him
"stop doing that or I'll make stewed tongue for dinner tonight." I pulled my tongue back inside my mouth. Tsssk!
"whatever." I said and we head over to the faculty room and looked for our professor, when we spotted him we went to him immediately and gave him the money. We went out of ghetto faculty lounge Harp's football team passed by.
"woaah! dating the nerd Cap?" Jason said.  I know him,  he's in our class. So I immediately walked away I couldn't see clearly where I was going.  But then I heard Harp say
"try to do that again I'll kill you." he said then ran to me, sees me crying. He held on to my shoulders and stared at me. I wiped my tears running down my face. He helped me, he wiped my tears for me.
"stop crying please." he said. I cant do anything but nod.. I knew this would happen.. He wont believe me...
"leave me alone.. You're friends need you. Go.." I said. He didn't listen he just stood there frozen for a while and then he came close me and gave me a hug. A very warm hug... And it felt sincere... I loved the feeling of it.
"we better head home... I'm sure your dad is at our place again.. No doubts.. He said that he promised mom he'll  visit her almost everyday." I said. I spotted Ella on the pole near the faculty entrance. I know she'd see us here. Ella is also one of the student assistant around school. She hates it when I'm near harp...  She kills me with death glares... She really is Paranoid Harp will still love her...  She got it wrong.. She really does...
"dad is just another significant ratio to the word crazy and caring. They've been friends since the day we were born. I'm pretty sure they already know each others secrets." he smiled at me after saying stuff about our families bonds. We then head to my place,  just walking. Our house is just 2 blocks away school. So that's why I never been late for anything. And I forgot tomorrow is our class trip. I haven't prepared my stuff yet...

"Have you finished preparing yur things?" I said while walking with him home.
"Yeah, you?" he answered me.
"Not yet. I really have no idea what to bring." I said sarcastically.
"we're here." he then stopped.
"we are?" I asked. then Daniel opened the gate for us.
"Sir Harp, Lady Elliot, you're parents are both waiting for you inside." Daniel said. we looked at each othe and quickly went inside.
"Oh. you're both here. gladly" Mom said seriously.
"Why?" I asked.
"Me and your uncle Pete have decided to create a home with both my kids and his kids. Isn't it great?" Mom said excitedly
"You're not gettin married right?" Harp asked his dad.
"No silly. we just wanted the both of you to fix your problems." uncle Pete said.
"Problems?" I asked.
"yes, Harp is flunking his Grades due to football." uncle Pete said. then Harp looked at me.
"then Elle couldn't concentrate much on being a Student Assistant due to her Piano lessons." mom said then I looked at Harp.
"Since when did you take piano lessons?" he asked.
"Since when did you ever fail a subject?" I asked sarcastically.
"Cut it you two. I already got a house. it's a 20 Hectar sqm. good for 2 houses." uncle Pete said.
"we're all moving tommorow." Mom said.
"WHAT?! WE HAVE A CLASS TRIP TOMORROW." me and Harp said.
"I've already talked to your prof. you're both excused."
we just looked at each other.
"they are crazy.." I said. Harped just nods.
then we saw Lean and Lane, Harps Little sister came down running from his room.
"Dad! Lean told me we would play golf together." lane said excitingly.

oh, she's Lane, Harp's little sister. she's the same age as my brother (15).

"sure darling." Uncle pete responds.
"Ellie Jane, any suitors from school I shall meet?" mom said. this is seriously embarrassing, she said Jane infront of Harp. As usual, the jerk laughed and smirked at me. Then I glared at him.
"Do I feel what you feel Gemma?" uncle Pete said.
"Maybe Pete, maybe." Mom and uncle Pete nodded at each other chuckling at each other. I just shook my head and said.
"I'm gonna get dressed."
"can I come with you?" Harp asked.
"in my room?!" I asked. He just nods.
"of course you can Harp." mom said.
"whatever." I started walking up t my room.
"have you ever imagined living in one compound? Both our families? I mean isn't it cool?" he said.
"it is. All I can't stand is that mom embarrass me in front of you and uncle Pete. It kinda gets in my nerves." I answered sarcastically.

What might happen to both Elle and Harp on the next chapter. Better stay turned and find out. ;)
