Some of you might recognize this book if you watched its drama adaption, which I thought was amazing, but it has an entirely different story than the book. It just used some of the characters and some of the scenes from the book.
This book can be a little dark at times and the protagonist, Li Wei Yang, is merciless to all her enemies. But if you read this, I don't think you would really blame her too much if at all for hate and ruthlessness after all the tragedies that befell her the first she was alive. When she reincarnated into her 13-year-old-self, why wouldn't she try to change things that happened in the past and avenge her grievances from the past life?
