Kakashi's arms had wrapped around y/n tightly, "y/n, you don't have to be in pain anymore."
His voice shook, but he meant every word of it. He didn't know who the guy in the mask was, and he frankly didn't care.
"Ka-kakashi?"
"I'm here, y/n. You don't have to worry anymore."
Her arms wrapped around him tightly as he easily lifted her up. His arms hooked under her as he carried her out of the room.
"I got her. We're leaving."
When she finally reopened her eyes, she saw all of the people who she had met before. All of Kakashi's friends were there to save her. Or maybe...they were her friends too.
"Than-thank you all so m-much," she managed to say in between tears.
She was so happy. She didn't have to be in pain anymore.
She didn't have to be scared.
"So, are you happy?"
And everything just stopped for her.
