I hit the door with my arms to break the door down with all my might and frustrated at the same time. I kept going until the door open by my parents and I stopped. "Marvelous news, Victor, there'll be a wedding after all." Father said after coming in my room with mother. "You found her?" I asked in a shock tone after I moved to the side of the door. "Make haste, my dear, our relatives will arrive at any moment. We must have you looking presentable for Lady Barkis." Mother said in a cheerful mood.

"What? Lady Barkis?" I asked in a shock tone hoping it was Charlotte not Lady Barkis. "She will make a fine wife." She replied graciously. "Aye. A fortuitous turn of events indeed." He said in a greedy tone. "A far better prospect this time." She agreed. "No that can't be! There's absolutely no way I would marry to Lady Barkis." I exclaimed. "Hah, like you have a choice, Victor. When we say you're marry to Lady Barkis, you will marry to her rather you like it or not." She scold at me. "But I dont love her, mother. I only ever want is Charlotte and I'm in love with her, just her, no one else." I confessed.

"Charlotte is no good for you since she nothing but pathetic little girl, running off with someone else instead of being told from her pathetic parents." She said in annoyed tone made me mad. "Charlotte is not pathetic, she's amazing and beautiful girl I ever known. I didn't want to her because of the range marriage, I want to marry her because I love her and she's my angel of music. When she plays the piano so beautifully, I felt happy and rejoice for her." I defended Charlotte.
