AADHVIK'S POINT OF VIEW

I was re-arranging my files in order in the shelf. The whole house was silent which clearly indicated Esha slept. How did she come to know about Aadhira? I was so thoughtful on this and suddenly a file fell from the above cabinet and it appeared to be esha's resume. I went through it. Oh.. She graduated from Bangalore Engineering college that too with a decent score. But then why is her brain weighing less when it comes to common sense? I couldn't help it but my eyes noticed her date of birth mentioned. Tomorrow is her birthday. No! Today is her birthday it's already twelve why not piss her off early in the morning!

I have a board meeting tomorrow. So before sleeping I texted uncle asking how is she and he said that she is doing all good which brought a wide smile on my face. Now I can have a good sleep.

#######

It is six in the morning and I woke up quite early today. So I was ready for jogging early and noticed her still sleeping. I have seen people waiting up till twelve for their birthday while she slept peacefully. Weird!! I directly went for jogging and returned after an hour and got myself ready for office.

I still noticed her room door not open. Is she sleeping this long? Is it actually her birthday? I went and checked her resume again and hell yeah it was. This women!! Let me go give her a anxiety attack. I went to the washroom and filled a bucket of water. No! No! To be more precise filled a bucket of cold water. She was recovering well from her fever yesterday so one bucket of cold water wouldn't hurt much.

I directly went to the room and found her sleeping on her bed so comfortably. Her wavy hair, she didn't deserve a beautiful hair and good features. Let me make this birthday morning memorable for her. I splashed the water across from where I was standing and she responded to my actions, "What is wrong with you Aadhvik?" she screamed.

"I wanted to make sure you are not getting old" I smirked and left to office. Let her take some time to sink it in. I attended the board meeting and was pretty much sure she must have got what I said her this morning. Little cake for my dear wife's twenty-fifth birthday isn't too much. I dialed her and she was really jobless even on her birthday that she picked my call in the first ring.

"Hello Aadhvik." she said in a smooth tone.

"What cake do you want?" I asked her

"Ah! I don't want I am dieting" she said firmly.

Oh! I don't know what more is there in her body to lose. She is already thin even after eating so much and in if she starves herself then I wouldn't be surprised if she disappears in air. Her fate I can't help.

Time was running too slow today. Hardly it was evening and I reached home. The door was locked so I thought she slept. I unlocked the door with my keys and entered in. I didn't find her in her room, maybe she is sitting in the backyard. I freshened up and made my way there. Why is she not here also? Where did she go? I dialed her phone but she didn't even pick.

Where can she go? I don't even have her friends number. Dua is working in Dr. Mervin's hospital let me get dua's number from him. I texted him and thankfully he had her number which he sent me. I then dialled Dua. How much money should I spend for phone calls for this women.

"Hello Dr. Dua here" her voice echoed.

Doctor it seems! Does she even behave like a doctor?

"Aadhvik here, do you know where is Esha?" I directly asked her without hesitation.
