the ring on taehyung's finger took jungkook back to the old days when he would steal glances of the angelic boy. when they were younger and smaller and all they wanted was to play with each other. other children were fun but spending time with one another felt different.

jungkook didn't even realize when a tear slid down his cheek, making taehyung slightly widen his eyes. and then he was prettily smiling and bringing jungkook closer, enough to softly kiss his cheek.
"you promised you won't cry again." he was whispering.
"when did i cry first?" the younger playfully questioned.
"in our wedding when they told you to place the ring on my finger." taehyung giggled.
jungkook breathily laughed too before placing his forehead against his husband's.
"i can't believe it." he was on the verge of crying again.
"i told that day didn't i?" taehyung reminded.
"i will wait for you till the end."
he pecked jungkook's lips.
"till you make me yours."
and jungkook did. he knows he did.
