but they weren't the only ones in doubts.
the stage was pitch black, nobody could see a thing.
and then in the spotlight stood a young man beloved by all.
jungkook had a headset microphone on as he stood in the middle.

the guitar's melodious tune was ringing in everyone's ears as they looked at the newly revealed couple.
"i love you..." jungkook whispered, forgetting that he had a microphone on.
and everyone heard. they heard the claim that just left their idol's mouth.
"i love you too..." taehyung replied, hiding his face in his boyfriend's shoulder.
upon hearing this, the crowd roared their reactions, approvals in the form of screams and shouts.
and yes, the voices were less than before.
but they still couldn't hear a thing. all the noises just echoed away and they just listened to each other's heartbeats.
they were tightly hugging each other in front of the entire fandom...no, in front of the entire world. finally.
the other members watched them from backstage. some had their faces stained with tears and some just smiled widely.
the view tempted them and namjoon couldn't help but say..
